iridium Adam is not wearing the AI tour jacket in the IIHY video. This is another jacket.  Sorry, Gelly, I'm going to have to disagree. He is wearing the tour jacket over the white shirt and jeans. And you're absolutely right. I was thinking of the black one in the beginning of the video. Not even noticed it the jacket on the last scenes. |

o.k i used to be able to do thyis but it doesnt work anymore,how do u embed youtubes? It's fairly simple lily. [youtube][youtube] that's how I embed links. Place the link inbetween the youtubes, don't forget the / in the second [youtube] before the y and you're done. |

Lily, You can pull up the youtube you want. Copy the WWW.address at the top of the page, Paste it to your blank comment (that you have open and ready) In the comment screen, highlight the address you just pasted Then click the red "tube" button up with the other editing stuff like "bold" "Italics" ect. That works for me, anyway.

Also OT - Forgive me! Just saw this. I love it and it showcases Gaga's great voice! This is great! I would love to hear the rest of it. Is this from Tony Bennett's new album, or was it from a show that he did? (Sorry for the OT.) |

OT. I remember earlier, around the time that OoL debuted, either on this blog or another, where we were talking about cliched/bad lyrics in songs and compared and contrasted them with some of the songs that Adam has written, and saying that he was not as good of a songwriter etc.. And was just listening to radio, and Moves like Jagger came on, dont' know if it's just me but that song seems to be littered with cliche lyrics, and even though I love Adele's Someone Like You, it has it's share of a few cliched lyrics in there too, I think part of the reason that makes us forget the cliche, or wash over them, is because of how they are sung, or the melody or something. I don't think I've heard too many songs that do not have cliched lyrics. Just hearing what the writer rhymes makes me LOL sometimes. Yeah but when you make almost a whole song full of cliched lyrics....grr ??? What determines me liking a song, is usually the voice/how the song sounds(beats, melody etc), but when I end up liking a song, I search out the lyrics, and if the lyrics are cliched and/or embarrassingly bad, makes me like the song less. Can't be bopping along to the song, and cringing every time a senile lyric comes up :-/ |
