HELP OR INSIGHT NEEDED!! I am trying to sell my two Floor tix for the 7/4 concert in London. It looks like TM UK has a site that allows ticket resale but somehow I can't establish an account as I don't have UK address. Any insights or help on this matter?

I have very mixed feelings about a lot of things regarding Adam. I love him to bits but I agree his AMA performance was a self inflicted wound that set him back in ways we will never know for sure. I have always felt that had he stood there on stage and belted out a great song that showcased his voice he would have blown the audience away. Instead he actually confronted them which turned them off. I know he said he wanted to shock them in a way that said he'd had enough with the gay gay gay stuff from the media but instead he turned off some of his fans. I have stuck with him because I admire him as a talent and a person besides him being absolutely gorgeous, I just wish he had come off the AMA's with the wind at his sails instead of controversy in his face!!! ETA: It did get him talked about but it hurt him with radio and TV. Not to reopen old topics -- but Adam has massive radio support for WWFM which was released immediately after the AMA. Even the most conservative pop radio station in Tupelo, MS (which was where the organization that ran the anti-Adam FCC campaign is headquartered) had it inb the their top 10 at one point.
It did hurt him on TV.
Nine years later, I think the AMA performance is one thing that has been helpful for Adam in many ways and gave him some credibility. Without it, he would have been the gay guy from Idol. @q3, I really want to believe your assessment, however my gut feelings go with cheriemelissa's statement.

I think that performance made him more the "gay guy" than all the publicity from Idol. I have no doubt it hurt him in the US. It had even been rumored that he was going to do New Years Rockin Eve before that all happened. I don't think we will ever know the opportunities he lost is the US. Anyone with lesser talent and dive would not have achieved all that Adam achieved and fought his way thru. And WWFM was released before the AMA's because many radio stations were refusing to play FYE (which seemed rather harmless to me and would have been if released by someone else) even before the AMA performance. Elvis from the biggest station in NY said he would not play it. WTF!

Thank you Q3. Sometimes we just get wrapped up in the negative stuff because we want so much for Adam. We need to hear the facts once in a while to set us straight! However I still hold to my comment.
