I find this embarrassing! If this is the way she talks to him in public I wonder what she says in private? ?? He's not some kid, she works for him! But we still don't actually know that she's talking about him, we're just speculating. I guess I'm being dense, but why get mad at Shosh for something we're speculating about? It’s about Adam’s tweeting. And even it if it were about a different artist it is completely disrespectful and demeaning to publically ridicule a client. It is a pattern for her to publically comment on Adam with a ridiculing tone. He may be fine with being made fun of but it is still unprofessional.

Nice to see Adam included in this list of short articles. I always laugh when I see promo for country music award shows. They seem to have some sort of country music award show every few months for something reason or another. It's a good way to rack up a bunch of awards every year. There must be country singers with awards stacked in their attics and basements. LOL Kind of waters it all down, IMO. I am not a country music fan at all, although I do like a country song here and there. I guess I'm kind of miffed that the genre has hi-jacked the US music industry. It's a real strangle-hold. I know some here like country music, and that's fine. There seems to be more "room" for new-comers in country music. Rock and pop seems much more competitive and cutthroat. I could be wrong, but that's how it looks to me. You are very right. Streaming is important but radio still matters a lot. If you look at the country charts they have a different #1 almost every week. It gives the stars like Blake, Carrie, Luke, etc . a #1 with almost every release (good or bad). But it also gives the newbies and those not well known #1's because they rotate them out so fast and they give anyone a chance that they want to give a top spot. It is pretty amazing. In pop you get someone like Robin Thicke and he sat at #1 for many never ending weeks. The favorites stay and the top for weeks. The others linger around 10 or 20 if that high. And when your songs are #1 or even in the top 5 or 10 in the US you have a better chance of getting the award show performances. Great exposure then leads to the arena tours. Didn't I read that Shoshanna was now only Adam's publicist in the UK now and he has someone else for the US? If true then hopefully the US person can get him more exposure in the US this time. All these things work hand in hand. No artist can afford to miss one major piece of the puzzle and expect big results. Country music in the US is a big well-oiled machine. Yes, their system does get lots of singers to the top of the charts. They kind of rotate it around or something. I never thought of Robin Thicke as country, but then I never paid much attention to him anyway. He's kind of dropped off the map. I guess I'm just weary of the country music domination. JMO.

She often seems really curt and kind of condescending to Adam fans on Twitter. Maybe she's that way with other fans, too. I don't know. If she's no longer working for Adam in the US, I hope he has a really good replacement.

Robin is not country. I used him as an example of someone on pop sitting at number 1 forever with that masterpiece "Blurred Lines", lol.

Shoshanna can do whatever she wants, people will be complaining, so she might as well give up trying to engage.
Yesterday, this board seemed to somehow come to the agreement that it was her job to teach Adam how to properly use the dot, which in principle is not wrong, there is just one problem. Anybody who has been around this fandom for a while, knows that she has probably explained that to him a ton of times, just like she probably mentioned to him that Belfast lies not in Scotland, that wearing long pants under a Scottish man's kilt is wrong, and God knows what else over the years. Adam is who he is, and some things he is just better at than others.
So given that peeps on twitter, and probably on all kinds of fan sites were whining about Adam not knowing about the dot, and that she should do something about that, she writes today this rather veiled statement, that indeed can be interpreted as an answer to that, even though we can't be sure. In no way does she mention Adam's name or to whom she sends the statement, she just puts it out there, hoping that this ever present group of critics will pick up on it. Well they do, but somehow now, it is wrong that she responded. Yesterday they demanded it. Jeez, it ain't easy pleasing some folks.
By the way, articulating a deep sigh along the lines of 'some people never learn', is a generic statement of frustration. Anyone can make that. And all people do. Condescending? only if you project it on him, and that is your choosing to do so. I think she did fine, but fans still are unhappy, so she probably is wasting her time on some fans, imo.
YMMV.

Thank you! If she’s talking about Adam, she doesn’t mention his name. Unlike all the fans who get on him for the dot, or worse, for his supposed inability to be on time for anything, or for any number of other things.
