I really would be surprised if the delay was RCA screwing Adam. In my opinion a more likely scenario is that Adam is taking his time to do it right. In many of his tweets and interviews he has been saying that it will be worth the wait, that he likes not being rushed like the first time, be patient, etc. I think Adam is fine. Now i"m excited for the single. My logical mind wants to know how Adam is assessing the market and how to maximize his advantage in it. If he is giving up the pre-Christmas sales advantage, does he see other benefits of a 2012 release? My gut tells me this is not his decision. Just not logical.....but not giving up support for him, and no longer angsting at what I have no control over. I so love this man! Joining the group hug.....  |

Checking in to see the pulse of Atop today. I will second, third, fourth... the group And love the smiley Adam pictures. Always brings a smile to my face and makes things seem more right with the universe. I am better now than yesterday  |

Can you add in the leg wiggling one? I love that one too. I just spent the last 40 minutes looking for the stupid thing, but I'm at work (I have it on my computer at home) and I'm not having much luck googling it. Does anyone else (Gelly, I'm really looking at you) have it? You know the one- the interview with Perez where he admits he's dating and his leg is jiggling and his smile could light up a football stadium? ETA: Oh, look! Gelly now reads minds! She posted it while I was looking for it.  MWP- Can we add this to the side by side thingy!  Just getting back, and reading through thread. I really love this interview, even though I don't like Perez, but Adam just looked so darn cute, and hot and adorable and sexy and confident all in one. Yeah I think I'm going to watch this again. I'm feeling better now, it is what it is. Just so incredibly addicted/obsessed with Adam that things get a bit rough at times while waiting for your next fix. Was listening to OOL to placate myself, and yeah it did the trick. I'm all zen for now. |

I heart this video. I'm quite curious to see what his next album will sound like, so maybe we can divert tomorrow's conversation towards more constructive subjects and try to analyze Amy's and Dadbert's tweets about the listening party. I am intrigued about the potential dubstep and the idea that he is not using his wail as much (or at least not as much as Amy wants, which is just fine by me, personally). Were there songs on FYE where he didn't wail? Not that many, I think. BO and A Loaded Smile are the only ones that come to mind. |

While waiting for new music from Adam I have been entertaining myself. Gelly, I soooooo love your country and really want to visit. Lifeguard, in 2009 the lifeguards on Tybee Island were voted the "Healthiest", I have video to prove it!!!! Congrats! (lifeguard reference at 35 second mark ;D)
then there is Greece, darn, wish I was a lifeguard, I would always be zen ;D

Lynne, loved your post. I'll never leave the playground - ever.  MyS*&@^#r, I'm posting. You know what that means. I'm just home after meeting a tow truck driver in the hood and having my car towed. As hard as I think life is I don't want to lose it in the hood. As to the mood in this place over the last 24 hours, I wish you guys had my skills (or my bottle). When the angst starts to overcome, I zoom out. Put things in perspective. That huge mountain is just an anthill in the grand scheme of things. As I had to tell myself when my car wouldn't start in the hood. If Adam can overcome the AMA's, he c.a.n. d.o. a.n.y.t.h.i.n.g. And to Gramnana, I think is the username, my heart hurts for you. Fight the fight. It's all we can do.

Regarding "Husbands", I think I heard them say if you missed an episode, you could go to the website and pick it up there where it will be posted. The episodes are only approximately 10 minutes and there are 22. I think this is what I heard. If not, I am sure there will be info on the husbands' website. It was cute. Both guys are adorable and sweet and believable. Cheeks, of course, is Cheeks. His persona is what we already know. He is really handsome. There will be another episode on Thursday night and according to Cheeks the time is "10ish." husbandstheseries.com/The episodes are actually about 2 minutes and all 11 will be combined to make a 22 min show which is a standard TV pilot length for a half hour show. If you like it share it because they need to build an audience to be able to go any further with it or to shop it to a network. Thanks for the accurate info. I was running in and out of the room to watch America's Got Talent and listen to Cheeks so I was half listening. I probably shouldn't have attempted to relay any information.
