COCould the US performance be San Diego? San Diego? On the NPR show? Β πππππππππππ nothing screams hot and popular quite like NPR. Β Lord help...ππππππππ Hey now, I know NPR sounds dull, πBut I worked at a radio station that aired NPR programming and it was hugely popular. Based on stats from the NPRmedia website βOn air, NPR reaches 28.9 million weekly listeners through more than 1,000 public radio stations. Online, NPR.org attracts a growing audience of 40.7 million unique monthly users. β

If Adam waited for only the most popular and high profile opportunities like award show performances or big tv specials, he would be like KA and others who are rarely seen or heard. Adam doesn't really have anything to promote right now so any opportunities are a plus. And actually some of the opportunities have been pretty good. And even if the XFUK performance is Queen related I will gladly take it or him in any capacity.

Please forgive me if everyone else knows what this is about. But help, lol! Can someone tell me where to look for what y'all are discussing. Thanks. This is the movie page: www.imdb.com/title/tt1727824/If you check out the cast you'll see that Adam is there somewhere at the bottem. He's not very high because his popularity rating on the site isn't very high. I have no idea how they measure that, but the movie is #1 in popularity at the moment. Here is Adam's page: www.imdb.com/name/nm2189338/Great to see Adam added to the cast, uncredited or not. WE knew it was him, and now everybody does. Nice to see it there officially. As for Adam's own page, I have to laugh a little. Nothing wrong with the info, but why or why do they have to pick such an old, outdated picture? Adam hasn't looked like that in years. They must grope blindly at a bunch of photos and pick one at random. LOL

They must grope blindly at a bunch of photos and pick one at random. LOL I don't think IMDB picks the picture or maybe they have done so in the past. What I do know is that Adam is about the only one who can adjust the picture. Or his publicist. I'm not sure 'they' know this. Everything else on IMDB can be adjusted by about everyone who has an account. Just not the picuture. Believe me I've tried. getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/how_do_you_change_an_actors_imdb_profile_picture"Every Resume Subscription is controlled (updated/maintained) by a single Pro Account, and each Pro Account may only maintain one Resume. Adding/changing photographs is done via Resume, and therefore must be done only through the Pro Account that is linked to that Resume." So he needs a Pro prescription on IMDB for this and up until now I think that wasn't really worth it as he isn't an actor. As he'll be in the Playmobil movie as well next year it might be time for him to update this.

NPR has a lot of great, current programming. That particular show that Adam will be on has a lot of playful fun with a variety of people Adam will be a great guest. And I totally agree about Adam getting himself out there with these one-offs performances and appearances. They all pay off. And a few of them have been pretty high-profile. Even the non-televised ones get coverage on-line and get him on YouTube. All to the good! He has to take opportunities as they arise. Each one is one more addition to his growing resume. Each one leads to the next bigger and better thing.

Some great reactions on this post. A lot of he's no Freddie though. MVP @the305mvp I know Adam Lambert was on a reality TV contest show. That's it. Now I hear he is fronting for Queen in Vegas. I'm a fan of Queen. Freddie Mercury is a demigod. Can this Lambert kid carry that weight? Anyone seen it? I personally put this tweet in the "any publicity is good publicity" category.

Adam will be the guest on NPR's Ask Me Another on December 12. It's a very fun show but he will not be singing, just talking, laughing, and probably a fun quiz Anyone in the area planning on going? I'm going, along with another Glambert from Stockton ...
