This season of "Project Runway" has already brought the drama, drama, drama, what with Joshua M's wild mood swings, grumpy old man Bert's constant kvetching, and sad-sack Cecilia's breakdown, not to mention some oddly unglamorous challenges involving stilt-walkers, pet supplies, track-&-field races, and pajamas. But "PR" is about to get more dramatic, and waaaaay more fabulous, as next week's rock 'n' roll-themed episode will feature guest judging from that forever-fierce fashionisto, Adam Lambert. (Cue squeeing now.) I am hoping to see lots of glitter, leather, Skingraft shoulder-spikes, and, most of all, lots of unbridled commentary from Adam that'll make Tim Gunn's stern workroom critiques seem positively mousy.

Project Runway viewing tips

Just a note about on Adam's appearance Project Runway next week. Even if you can watch the show on your TV, you should still go to the Lifetime website. They not only post full episodes of the show, but also "extended" clips of the judging of the contestants. So, we'll be able to see a bit more of Adam (depending on how they edit the clips), than what is shown in the broadcast version of the show.
To find the extended clips, go to the Lifetime/Project Runway website and click on the "full episode" tab. It will take you to this page:

If you page down a bit, you'll see on the right side a tab that says "extended judging". Click on it, and it will take you to a page that displays all of the clips for that episode (as well as earlier ones).
Thought you might want to take a look in advance, so you're all set for next week.
Please note that Lifetime posts the episodes and extended clips on Friday mornings (the morning after the show airs). So, we'll have something fun to watch with breakfast.

The event will also feature exciting givaways to help promote donations. For every dollar that is donated by an individual, that person will receive the same amount of raffle tickets. Those tickets will be placed in a bin and winners will be drawn at the end of halftime. The donated prizes to be given out are a deluxe Sherwin Williams painter set; Saturday night accommodations for two at the historic Madison Hotel and Sunday brunch at Rod's Steak and Seafood Grill; an autographed football signed by Santonio Holmes of the New York Jets; four game tickets and other gifts for the Rutgers versus Cincinnati football game; four game tickets and spirit wear for the Rutgers versus Navy football game, and a grand prize of a signed guitar by Adam
Lambert of American Idol fame. All of these items were donated by the
agencies connected to them within the spirit of finding a cure of these
devastating diseases. Winners do not have to be present at the game to receive a prize.
