Where'd everyone go? The first chance I have gotten to play at Atop in a long while! Hubby will be gone for 10 days, and I have the house to myself for the first time since June. Does anyone know if Adam will appear on the X-Factor? A friend of mines thinks no, because of some bad blood between Simon Cowell and Simon Fuller, but if Adam has moved away from 19 E, then he wouldn't be influenced by Fuller, right? I think Cowell would love to have Adam on the X-Factor, and it would be a great place to debut the new single, don't yall think? Course, I know nothing! But I did factor in a huge twitter boost for Adam performing on X-Factor when I was coming up with my 2M date for Adam on twitter. Good discussion on this the other day. Sorry you missed it. My opinion is "yes" for several reasons. 1) RCA is the X Factor record label. Adam is an RCA artist 2) Simon wanted Adam to win. Made it quite obvious he was not happy with America's choice. Adam's success will prove Simon is right! 3) Idol and X-Factor are both on FOX. Technically, they really are not in competition with each other. 4) As you already mentioned, Adam really has nothing to do with Fuller anymore. 5) Adam's single will become so huge, so quickly, Simon will have to have Adam on! ;D

I had a good time today reliving the concert in the ball field in St Pete last year. adamlambertobsession.blogspot.com/2010/09/glam-nation-st-petersburg.htmlI especially love this one of Strut. The girls loose their sh*t every time he dances. I met so many people at that concert that just absolutely LOVED Adam and were soooooo excited to see him, but did not know hardly a thing about the tour. It just serves to remind me that there are a whole lotta fans out there that are not bsc like us, but love him just the same.

Also: 6) Timing is perfect. Adam will have a single to promote at exactly the same time X-Factor is ramping up and will be having guest performers. 7) Adam is one of three extremely viable alumni from U.S. competition shows that prove the shows are still relevant. 8) There is no proof whatsoever that Simon C. has any animosity towards Adam. It only makes him look better to embrace him.

Simon has said Adam should have won and even forgot Kris' name on a talk show. Was it Leno? I don't know where people get the idea that there is animosity towards Adam from Simon.

Thus, they'll have to "loan" the smell of success from other series when messaging to the viewers that yes, shows like these do still make stars. And Adam is the only recent one. + Simon knows that Adam makes a good show, and even some controversy if they're lucky. And Simon is all about good show and controversy. And against: - Idol had a tradition to peddle its former contestants in the result shows, even if their songs hadn't proven to be hits. X Factor doesn't "have to" do such favors, so if Adam doesn't have a hit, X Factor the show doesn't have use for him. - X Factor might have a policy to keep a "decency gap" between the other shows, meaning that they'll consciously keep away from former AI contestants. - X Factor might have managed to drum up such a line of stars to perform on the show that there is no room for Adam. - If Adam doesn't have a hot radio hit at the time when X Factor runs, he won't be it. Period. EDIT SusieFierce: 7) Adam is one of three extremely viable alumni from U.S. competition shows that prove the shows are still relevant. You mean four? Kelly, Carrie, Daughtry, Adam. (Some also count in Jennifer Hudson, but I don't)
