Ten years ago I got all weepy when the Canadian government finally abolished all anti-gay policies in the military, and after the DADT news today, I'm getting all choked up again. Happy tears ---->  In honor of the repeal of DADT today. This brings me to tears. I was there and it brought me to tears then. Indeed a mutherfucking beast!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah for DADT repeal. It's a about motherfucking time. |

Oh it felt so good to flail a bit. The tweets and mentions came out throughout the day so that we could keep the excitement going on all day. Lol, it was funny how I was thinking of how to get Adam to do a twitvid of him singing so the fans can have something to tide them over for a little bit, and then out came Rico's vid. Well Adam's not singing, but he's talking and in the studio so I guess that's about the same thing right now haha!!

You guys he's gonna make it BIG I'm telling you. I was just thinking of what Sam Sparro said during the Equality Awards. "It's really really rare to work in the studio with a "pop" star and have your jaws dropped to the ground"
And then comes Rico who I'm thinking before he met Adam he would probably think "yea just another guy from idol" since he mentioned idol in his twitvid, but everyone is telling him what an awesome voice Adam has,and then he listens to his voice and says " MOTHUFUCKINBEAST" and all the rest, and I'm thinking these guys who are working with all the huuuuge pop stars are NOT used to listen to an amazing voice like Adam's. They listen from terrible, to meeeeee... voices and they try to do the best they can in the studio to make them sound good and some really good ones like Beyonce and then Adam comes along and blows them away. HE'S GOT TO, JUST GOTTA MAKE IT!!!! THERE IS NO OPTION!!  I had the exact same thought when I watched that video and heard the Idol reference. It takes a while to build credibility in the music business. Most pop artist never build credibility with producers. A handful do. AdaIm is. It is a beautiful thing. ************************************ On the Top 100 Songs -- thanks to all who played. It is an amazing list and as good as the "expert" lists. Some of the usual suspects are not there at all --- but I must say I was pleased that "Smells Like Teen Spirit" made the list!! and that "Night and Day" by Cole Porter ended the list. But the most stunning thing about the list to me is that the perfect vocalist to sing every one of these songs is Adam Lambert. ************************************ HAPPY REPEAL DAY!

Good GNAMFBL morning! ;D Reihmer I woke up to your gorgeous Adam mouth /freckled lips pics and I wanted to thank you for posting them. I would have brought them over here but I have no idea how to do that! FINALLY DADT is no more!! So I'm celebrating with some fireworks!  Q3 Thank you for doing the greatest songs list and keeping us 'busy' here! I know it was a lot of work for you. Hope your 'moving' is going smoothly! I am just starting to "flail". I am slow to flail and slow to think the world is ending.
I have been almost in a zen state about this album since the beginning. Because Adam seems so confident and powerful and filled with positive, creative energy. I just know it will all be OK and it will be amazing.
And for the first time in my music life --- I really do not care what the numbers are, I do not care about the machinations of promo schedules, I just want to suck in the bits of the energy flow he chooses to share.
So I guess I am now officially an OTT Adam fan. [Anyone have an asylum/GNAMFBL Addicts Center photo 'cause I guess I need to check in now.]
