Yesterday, I started to write a piece for today’s news. I was in a very calm, centered place. I decided to write an article about Zen Meditation for Adam fans. I wrote the headline and intro. The afternoon was calm and I wanted to avoid work.
I noticed a few Adam tweets – minor news. I went off to research Meditation and its relationship to peace and harmony.
Adam Lambert: Congrats @ddlovato on a great album. Your voice is nuts and the songs/production are too!!

Adam Lambert: @rainierstar yeah- I love it! Some of it's really fun and upbeat yet honest and real. Other tracks are moody, dark. Both sides of me...
