My prayers have been answered! The Oscar nominations, 5 of them! Now let's get the band on stage! Would be great if they were the last act to perform at the Oscars, and it was We Are the Champions, sure to get everyone in a collective good mood! Oh, and have the movie's actors join them on stage for the last stanza. I can see it now! Visualize. Ha

I’m pretty sure the only musical performances at the Oscars are the nominated songs. The only remote possibility would be if they performed as part of an opening skit, which seems unlikely to me. At any rate, I’m happy that Rami was nominated!

I’m pretty sure the only musical performances at the Oscars are the nominated songs. The only remote possibility would be if they performed as part of an opening skit, which seems unlikely to me. At any rate, I’m happy that Rami was nominated! Gaga did a 50th anniversary tribute performance of Sound of Music a few years ago, completely unrelated to original song category. I think they could find a reason to ask, but the question remains will they?
