4Msrmyn... THANK YOU for the Newark vids!!!  That particular Bowie Medley was one of my all-time FAVORITES!!!! Wasn't Leila in the audience that night? I don't really remember whether Leila was at that concert right now, but I think she has family in NJ and was at many (all?) of Adam's concerts in Jersey & NY. Also, I like your ad better than mine. ;D |

But... but... but... If the album is only going to have maybe 12 songs, and they put both the original and the remix on the album, that'll probably bump off another song that we desperately need to have/hear!!! I think they should stick the remix on the Outer Slobovian CD version. ;D The deluxe or special album versions usually have more than 12 songs. Adam said so himself in a previous twitter party, he answered to a fan saying : "12 songs, and a deluxe version w more." So they're not gonna bump off another song. Exactly. Or just like the FYE era, it might be one of multiple remixes on an EP. Don't forget, just because it's the first thing we've heard about being finished up, doesn't mean it's going to be the first thing released. Heck it's not even for sure that this dude's remix will make the cut. Odds are he's got the single out to multiple remixers and like last time, not all of them will make it onto the official release. There are probably so many things happening behind the scenes that we aren't aware of. Twitter is like the tip of the iceberg, we think we see the shape, but really we have no idea what's lurking deep under the water. The snippets we got last time were when the album is first put up on iTunes with previews. I think it usually goes up for preorder without them, and then maybe a week or two (?) ahead of the album drop the snippets go up IIRC. How far ahead will probably depend on whether they plan to stream the album for free first like they did last time as a promotion. |
