Adam just went to #6 on my overall itunes US chart. Doesn't this mean something? I don't think he has had any singles that he released with no expectations of radio or a push (and he has had many of those in the last few years) that went this high on itunes or am I missing something here? Some of his official singles did not go this high. Maybe there will be a plan for this song. i know I can't get enough of it, lol. I'm more of a cheerleader than a stats person, but... I think the song is really good and relatable. I can't get it out of my head. With Adam's heartfelt open letter in mind, it just connects so beautifully. I have a feeling that Adam and team decided to go for it as the time was right, given the Oscars buzz. Good times, I think.

That makes more sense to me than anything that I have been so frustrated about. He probably did not know until recently about the Oscar performance and needed to put something out to take advantage. I kept asking myself, why would they want to waste such a beautiful song on a teaser? There were not plans to go yet but they had to go because the Oscars came a calling, lol. Thanks for walking me away from the ledge. HA!!!!

Note Rickey Minor, music director from Adam's year on Idol and music director of Kennedy Center Awards, is also (music?) Director for the Oscars. citygirl36 : “The Oscars starring @queenwillrock, @adamlambert “ Fuck yeah @milestougeaux The Dolby welcomed Adam back in a tweet too. When did he last perform there?

More is More is Adam's entity (company), it's been around since 2009. It has popped up before. All searchable on California's sites.. I have not read the whole thread to the end yet, so sorry if this was mentioned already, but did you notice his use of "More Is More" in the Instagram chat last night when he was describing his style? I'm way behind in the threads here, but good spotting!!
