I'm sure I'm alone in my opinion here, but Q3 you kind of depressed me with your comments about Adam 2 being more current and contemporary. Although acoustic Aftermath is way better than the album version, that was/is/and always will be my favorite song on FYE. I don't want "classic rock", but I disagree that that is what he had to do for his Idol fans. I know quite a few people who loved Aftermath the best on the album also - and they never watched Idol. My massage therapist - 32 years old. My nephew - 14 years old. My neice - 12 years old. My aunt - 68 years old. The bartender at our pub - 30 something. My dentist - 40 something. I know these are just people in my little life, but a lot of "dance" music on the next album makes me think that I and a lot of other people will just be downloading the few songs that we like. Unless he somehow makes the contemporary, current dance music somehow showcase the voice......................... PS: that Fonzerelli remix thing made my ears bleed. I think we should all trust Adam -- I am pretty sure that almost all fans will love what he does. (I put in the almost all because I believe that Adam fans as so diverse that there cannot be 100% agreement.) There is no indication that Aftermath was hugely popular -- for example, Aftermath album track was one of the lowest selling tracts from FYE. And I love the song --- and listen to the Aftermath remix and acoustic version the most of any Adam song. I also have nothing against wall-of-sound production -- I am a huge Phil Spector fan (he is the producer who invented it in the early 1960's). But I just do not think Adam needs all that stuff. I know many people love the album FYE and that is great. I just prefer a cleaner, more contemporary production approach. The wall-of-sound is a dense, layered, reverberant sound designed for AM radio and jukeboxes. Current music is usually designed for FM, online and personal digital devices -- very different media. That said -- there is no right or wrong with taste. Finally, there is no chance that there is anything like digital glitter on Adam's new album.

Well, according to a quick google search he's a weekend news anchor for KRLA-- "Los Angeles' Conservative Talk Radio Station". Complaints to the station about him may fall on deaf ears. Conservative Talk Radio? Then, forget it, my friends. He probably knew exactly what he was doing tweeting what he did about Adam. He will use any fan reaction as fodder for his radio program, making everyone look crazy and Adam look bad. Some things are best left alone. Skunks, badgers (mean, nasty little animals), hornets' nests, that month old tupperware container at the back of your refrigerator.
Serious topic, but that was funny!

Once again, the bottom feeders making money off his name add insult to injury by using a photo that is just not the most flattering. So irritating.

If they'll use it (if there will ever be an album, I think there are a shit ton of lawyers working right now to prevent that), they'll use it because it might be the only pic that they actually own and thus don't have to pay for. At my work I have had to sometimes purchase pics from ImageWire and such, and depending on rights, those can be super expensive. (Still doesn't explain the Take One cover pic selection, though)

New/old pic? I don't remember this. Gelly??? Hmm, Lulu just said on Twitter it is from the Steve Cooke website re: Take One or Two or whatever we have going on now. GlitzGlam posted the picture at IDF yesterday. It's a crop from the Steve Cook webpage. From when Adam recorded Take One at Paramount Recording studios supposedly. www.mvdb2b.com/s/AdamLambertSteveCookeParamountSessions/CW101CDYou can see it in the picture at the top corner of the web page. That is not from the demo recordings (Take One) that photo is from the Paramount Sessions which have never been released. These were supposed to be Take One, but the rights were not sold. Then listed as Take Two which vanished and was not release. Someday these recordings will be released. I have confirmed that that report from Germany was scrambled and The Adam Lambert-Monte Pittman-Citizen Vein Paramount Sessions are not being released now. Perhaps this is going to be used with the unauthorized Take One remix album that is going to be released in December 2011.
