From yesterday's discussion about why Queen fans may not become Adam fans. Probably many don't know he's also a solo artist. At a QAL concert, with all the yelling and singing, you may not hear or understand that the song he sings is from his solo work. And, when we saw QAL in Nashville two years ago, the song was TF. It did not fit at all with Queen's music IMO and the energy level dropped in the arena. Some may not have been inclined to find out more about him.
Hopefully the new team will do more publicity to inform the Queen audiences about Adam's solo music rather than the past separation of solo and QAL.
I think, that Adam won over many Queen fans. Most know about Adamâs solo career and at least check his music out. The others are simply not interested. If someone, who attended a QAL concert, doesnât check Adam out, this someone is not interested. Adam carries 80% of these shows. There is no way around him. But as much as we love him: Not every person is attracted by Adam. Not by his personality or/and not by his voice. You canât force that. To be honest: 90% of the Glamberts , that I got to know during the last 4 years here in Europe, became Fans through Queen. If Adamâs New solo music is attractive to other Queen fans, they will buy it. There are some discussions about it from time to time on QueenOnline. You will be surprised, but most of the regulars there do know Adamâs solo music. Some buy the albums. The consence over all is, that they simply are not into Pop and EDM. Itâs that simple. I think most people who attend QAL shows know that Adam also has a solo career. It's no secret. And it's nice to hear that Queen has introduced many many people to Adam. I have to assume that at least some of those people have bought his music. It's true that you can't force people to like someone. I don't like it when someone tries to force something on me either. Just makes me want to resist more. And BTW, I think Two Fux is a really fun song, and I'm glad that Adam was able to perform at a few QAL shows. Adam said that Brian and Roger both liked the song when they heard it. Any non-Queen song stuck into a Queen concert will likely leave some people cold, but hey, it doesn't hurt to shake things up every now and then.

Wonder if Adam will try this new fashion. Anyone want to bet? LOL! @i_D: Asymmetrical jeans are the latest frontier in denim bit.ly/2S0Owzt I think these pants are really really dumb, but don't be surprised if Adam shows up somewhere wearing a pair. LOL

I remember, that Brian was the one, who suggested, that they should play âTwo Fuxxâ in their US set. He couldnât get it out of his head after he had heard it. So the song was released and they incorporated it. I like it, itâs ok. The song, that left most people absolutely cold at my QAL concerts in Europe was âGet down, make loveâ. Many people didnât know it at all. And itâs just a weird song. To Adamâs âWhataya want from meâ they were bopping along.
