*warning* I have today off for Thanksgiving and in between putting my Turkey in the oven I'm going to spam this thread with happy Adam pictures and gifs to get this thread back about Adam. Huh??? You are in southern California, right? Is it Thanksgiving already in the US? Shoot! Did I miss the November debut of the new single???? |

WUT IN THE WUT IN THE WUT IS GOING ON IN HERE? *is skurred* Can we just all agree the whole situation sucks but ultimatley we know nothing and just....pretend it doesn't exist? YA'LL ARE SCARING MEEEEEEEEEEE!!! =0 (Mostly bc I don't even know what the argument is even about now...) Me either Chunkey. As nearly as I can determine, all this drama is because Monte thanked Welsford, among dozens of others, including Adam, in the liner notes of Pain, Love, and Destiny. If his crimes extend beyond that I don't know what they are. This was me this morning: |

Cassie, unfortunately, it will simmer until either a statement is seen or it's not listed on Amazon anymore. Does "a watched pot never boils" apply to this situation? It will happen when it happens and nothing we do or say will speed it up or change it. I never see any purpose in wallowing in unpleasant places when it serves no purpose. |

Although, by all historic accounts we should celebrate Thanksgiving in Oct. in the US also, as a harvest, in Massachusetts, at the end of November makes no sense!! ;D |

This was me this morning: LOL No I know the reasons behind why monte is in the doghouse--I just don't know why this forum is imploding over it. Really it's a situation not worth us getting all aggravated with each other about. It sux but it's done...we can spec all we want but we may never know the real story, and the best thing we can do is to not buy the album (obvs) and not go all crazy at each other if we discuss it and have different view points about it. Some people think Monte is a dirtbag and obvs involved, others think the opposite. Apples-oranges. In the end this is their drama to sort out, not ours. CAN'T WE ALL GET ALOOOONG! |

But with all the different opinions, here's what I don't understand: Don't we all agree that Adam has shown nothing but support and loyalty to his friends in the past? Why do we assume it's any different now? Why are do we think we know what the right thing to do is, more than Adam does? Not sure what you are referring to here. Adam has very clearly stated he does not support this bastard album. I am refering to the debate of what Adam "owes" Monty regarding his career and this album, going at it as a solo artist rather than a band with him, etc. Questioning Adam's loyalty to his friend is the last thing I expected to hear on this site or anywhere! And NO, I have no intention of touching the songs from the bastard albums. |
