Nope. Not touching the bastard albums either. If they are indeed released, I hope they sit on the shelves till they grow old and moldy. ;D Then you probably need to warn family and friends not to buy it for you for Christmas, cause I expect that to happen. |

As we all know (or at least I think we all know  ) this pic is from Finland about a year and a half ago.  I have a question: Have we seen that tie ever since? Gelly...? I love the color but I don't remember seeing it elsewhere. |

I'm scrolling scrolling scrolling today. Can't go another day of reading everyones opinions whether Monte is in the wring or not, the whole BFM etc..., I really can care less, at this point anyway, about this whole drama. Everything pretty much has been said, over and over again and by various posters, for the last three days. It's really wearing me out. Anyway I guess I just really wanna talk about Adam and his album, and hypothetical sales and promo. Not about Monte,not about Tommy, not about crays. I guess I just have been in a happy place regarding Adam and I want to stay and not be brought down by any perceived drama, especially by thing we don't really know, or can't even change. Sorry if I'm sounding like I'm lecturing or chastising people, but as I said, just tired... ITA. Tiring and it just seems we really are beating a dead horse. |

I want to make it perfectly clear. I am not exonerating or siding with Monte. I do not know the facts. All I know is Adam is pissed and that bastard album muddies the water. Period.

I am refering to the debate of what Adam "owes" Monty regarding his career and this album, going at it as a solo artist rather than a band with him, etc. Questioning Adam's loyalty to his friend is the last thing I expected to hear on this site or anywhere! And NO, I have no intention of touching the songs from the bastard albums. Ima gonna hide them! Never done it before, but I'm doing it now! Where would be a good place to hide the bastard CDs? I've seen store employees in the music section checking and reorginizing the CDs, so I'm thinking somewhere else might be a good idea! Where? Behind a whole row of expensive sheets in the bedding section? In aquarium supplies?  What would be the areas of a store like Target or Walmart that get ignored the most by stockers or employees? hmmm.....  In the Gospel and Christian music section!!  |

oh my that picture of him on the desk is nice! Since I've been gone for a while here are my thoughts on what has transpired lately 1. the album delay - to me this is not a big deal. Albums get pushed back all the time and it's really only the uber fans who are aware of it. Most casual fans don't know or care about delay issues or label disputes or creative wrangling. That's a good thing too. Casual fans account for the majority of sales and we want more casual fans than hardcore fans. Also releasing in Feb/March is perfect timing for a number of reasons. Promotional opportunities are much better in the Spring with Idol back on the air and DWTS as well. It sets him up perfectly for a summer tour. 2. The single release in November - This makes a lot of sense to me. Sweeps week on television is Mid-November and he'll be able to possibly get some really high profile performance spots from late night programs. Also, it works well moving into the new year with a fresh single when radio is coming out of the holiday freeze and are fatigued over the songs they've been playing in their rotation for months. 3. Hair cut/shaved sides - LOVE 4. Outlaws of Love - DOUBLE LOVE 5. Twitter party smack down of the shipper/tinhat cray - uncontrollable flailing. Best day in the fandom since I don't know when. Loved Adam for taking it on and loved Tommy for chiming in and perhaps, on some small level, decraying the situation. 6. Gelly - you still provide the best pictures  7. Susie - you still make me smile by saying everything I'm thinking but with a much softer touch  and there you have it for what it's worth. |
