This Central Park event seems likely to me. Lots of big headliners thru the past years. Bill Gates is affiliated with them as well. They could just leave all the set and rigging in the US after Charlotte....I imagine the Kym Bday party will be scaled back to more intimate. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_Citizen_FestivalExcept that Central Park is not what I would consider an Iconic Landmark which is what the announcement says. Now the only thing that comes up on the top iconic landmarks when googled that is also a concert venue is Sydney Opera house. But that doesn't seem likely either. If they are playing in Italy on the 21st the site is likely to be somewhere in Europe I would think.

The Global Citizen Festival is part of a movement to end extreme poverty. By contributing to charity acts on the website, including watching videos and signing petitions, fans can get free tickets to the festival. In addition, the organizers are striving to make the event "global" by live-streaming events in public locations. Since 2015, the goals of the festival have been closely aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which include 17 tasks to end extreme global poverty by 2030." The end global property mission sounds very much in line with Brian's #LiveAid hint!!! Also, as some have pointed out on Twitter, the date in the video announcement is in U.S. date format, not in European date format, indicating that the event will be in the U.S. Regaurdless of whether or not one considers Central Park to be an iconic World landmark, it is a famous U.S. landmark. And all of the clues seem to point to the Global Citizen Festival!!!

I saw a short article back in May where Brian was talking about how a huge Live Aid type of show for climate change was probably a good idea! It was just a short article, and I can't remember now where I read it!

The announcement says "one of the WORLD's most iconic landmarks" so to me Central Park wouldn't qualify but the Statue of Liberty would and I think they have done events there in the past but seems like a logistical nightmare to me. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Well Climate Week NYC is Sept 23-29 and is the largest climate week in the world. It is apparently co-sponsored by the United Nations. But I don't see anything about concerts in past years. And I can't see having a concert of this type at the United Nations. Climate change would certainly fit Brian's "solving Earth's most urgent problems" hint. But global poverty also fits this hint just as well and fits the "LiveAid" hint better. If I were betting, I would still go with the Global Citizens Festival.
