Beg for Money has dropped over 900 places on Amazon's music rating since I quoted it this morning. Now at #7924. Guess the few who bought it are not tweeting all their friends to go buy this great new single. heeheehee

I love Steven Tyler, but this really bugs me. He has just launched an androgynous clothing line at Macy's. From my point of view, as an Adam fan. I know how much Adam would get ridiculed for saying stuff like this. It's OK for a straight man but not for a gay man. Some things are so screwed up, I just shake my head! I think this helps Adam.. It's about time males embraced their female side .. would be a better world. So if it's clothes that help .. I'm all for it.. Now Adam won't seem so Glam alone in this conservative decade.. Remember Unisex? IIRC unisex hairstyles and clothing leaned toward the masculine. Wonder if Steven's androgynous fashions will lean more to the feminine side... |

While I appreciate the *spirit* of what Steven Tyler is trying to do...unisex clothing is just stupid. Shirts, yeah that's pretty easy, as would be pajamas or tank tops and stuff, but when it comes to certain things like pants or blazers and shit, you need to take into account the way men and women's bodies are different. Women have all kinds of figure issues and I don't know how unisex clothing will be good for anyone but the most thin, wafish figured girls and boys.
Now unisex fragrance or makeup or whatever is fine...I just....I am skeptical.

Seems to justify Q3's opinion that those releases aren't going to be a problem...YAY. |
