Hrm, it's looking like the RCA peeps had to get all their ducks in a row before acting on this thing. I had wondered if maybe they were waiting for a reason or if they just had no right to stop it, but good to see they did something at least. Just goes to show we fans really have no idea what's going on behind the scenes, which is good because it counters a lot of the doom and gloom stuff.
