Slightly OT I joined FB so I could vote for Adam. So, there are several accounts that say Adam Lambert. Which is the real one????? Anyone know??? Also I read there is some place you can specify that FB can't sell your info. Where is that? This is the link from AO: www.facebook.com/AdamLambert |

What great news today about BFM. Now if the single would be removed from the sites it would be perfect. I was suppose to go to the Highline Ballroom last night to see the Parlotones but I've been suffering with a migraine for a couple of days and I couldn't bear the thought of driving into the city so I didn't go. I was disappointed to say the least. I think someone back a few pages asked for a gif of Adam giving his score at SYTYCDrag. I'm not sure if anyone posted one so I made this.  awww... poor bb!! Sorry to hear about your migraine and having to miss a fun concert.   And it was gelly who was dying to have that gif, so she's gonna be SO HAPPY!!!!  ;D |

Done. Thanks for the reminder - q102 is a good supporter of AFL. The other day someone suggested also voting for the guy who's up against David A. so it wouldn't end up being idol vs idol. Don't know if that's important but I've been doing it even though I haven't the foggiest notion who he is. :  |

I hope Adam buys his book and gets to read some of it before they meet. Then he can pimp something really worthwhile on twitter.  How cool is it that in the middle of his big PR push he made the time to work with Adam. So excited Adam will be working with such a legend!!!! I think I'm becoming a Nilebert. 8-) |

Way back this morning, real early, someone asked why blowing through a straw helps with breath control - or something like that. Yes, blowing in a consistent-flow manner through a straw; or through pursed lips; or even singing a note - like 'lo' or 'la' and sustaining it as long as possible, are techniques that strengthen the diaphragm and, in doing so, support the sound and aid in breath control. Singing is more about breath control than anything else. Good breath support (meaning a strong, controlled diaphragm) will aid in the sustained, pure production of sound. Have you noticed how when Adam breathes, altho you may hear the rush of air intake, you don't see his shoulders rise? From behind, one would not even notice his breathing. He is doing it right - using his diaphragm to expand his lungs and ribcage; and then, controlling how the air flows out through his vocal cords - - and he does it better than any one I've ever heard!
That means it's time to listen to him sing "Come to Me Bend To Me" - breath control at its most extraordinary! - - - That is, until I hear Adam's new music!!!
