Nile had so many memorable tweets. Among the many, I think my favorite is
"The dude (Adam Lambert) SANG the paint of the walls-Respect" (I just love the paint thing.)
Also, does anyone else find it interesting that Nile seemed to have someone there take the photos? Definitely not a pro photographer. But the photos seem to be under Nile's control and not the person who took them. With all the tweeting he's been doing, could he also be a "master" at using Twitter for his own publicity (and I mean this in a good way)? Does he do this amount of tweeting, etc., for most of his collaborations? Anyone know?

Well crap!....just got an iTunes alert telling me about the BFM single. trés yuck! :( I don't understand Monte's actions. He's been in the business a long time, but mostly behind the scene or at least one of many in a band with MADONNA. Why didn't he ride this wave with Adam? My personal 2 cents (which won't even buy a gumball these days) You have two different people with two very different feeling towards a set of music. One is proud of it. One was proud of it a number of years ago, but is seemingly embarrassed by it now*. The one who is proud of it wants it released. The one who has moved on does not. Neither of them own the masters, nor can either one actually control the release. However, the one who is proud of the music has no real desire to stop the release and relatively sanguine about the whole situation. The one who is no longer proud of the music wants the relase stopped ASAP. Both of them are probably staring at each other going: "WHY DON'T YOU SEE IT ** MY** WAY" ??, and are pissed off at the other person. [shrug] It happens. * Honestly, I don't know why - a lot of its very good. Its just the release strategy that was scummy, and neither of them controlled that.ETA: However, all of this is water under the bridge at this point, and frankly, I'm not sure Q3 isn't gonna delete this message as old news! :D

ETAEXACTLY and the same reason for differences of view on the Monte situation on this site. No one is a bad person...just happens. Sometimes have to agree to disagree... so let's move to flailing and looking for more NYC pics (without leopard tights) and more tweets re music!!!

As much as I was never a Monte fan I find Adam's unfollowing of him to be incredibly sad. Even if it was an "agree to disagree" situation you would think that they could remain on somewhat friendly terms purely by virtue of their history. But the active act of unfollowing, as opposed to passively ignoring him, speaks to me of a genuine rift and I doubt Adam would have done so unless he meant to make a statement. He knew we would notice and speculate and wonder and yet he did it anyway. That tells me he doesn't want (or has been told not to) to speak words about it yet still wanted to make his position known to us.
(((sigh)))
