On the one hand, it would be good to know that whatever the problem is, Adam will be back in action soon. On the other, I think it’s awfully intrusive to expect him or anyone to divulge his personal health history. These aren’t performances that people have paid money to attend. These are missed promotion opportunities though.

bamafan Ill ask you and anyone here who posts alot do you guys know if adam ever said anything about the cancellations already made for Iheart?? any explanations? Sosh text just adds more confusion am I the only one? I think she should have said he is sick. I am assuming he is cancelling because he cant sing right now and has come down with something and that is why he is missing so many appearances. Any one else have any ideas?

Nope....Adam has said nothing. The last thing I remember related to the Kelly and Ryan show was he liked a fan's comment about all the frustrations of that performance....the mic issues, etc. Being the perfectionist he is...I'm sure he wasn't happy at all with the Kelly and Ryan performance. Could be he didn't feel good that day as well since he had cancelled the Iheart the day before. All these last minute cancellations seem to indicate that he's trying to feel better....but he's not responding as quickly as he had hoped. Seems he's either still sick and it's lingering.....or he's decided to postpone any more promo for Velvet at this time due to business reasons. I tend to think he's sick/not up to feeling like he can give 100%. Javi hasn't indicated anything as far as I can tell. He has been out driving Adam's car and Adam has liked some posts on IG.

Someone who's "ok" doesn't cancel several appearances in a row, regardless what the reason may be. I think it is reasonable to expect an explanation of sorts.

Wow, you guys are tough customers lol. Shosh answered the question the way it was asked...can you reassure us he's ok. She says he's ok. If you want a different answer, ask a different question. Not really sure it's Shosh's job to give us Adam's medical diagnosis/prognosis.
It's kind of a leap to say Adam doesn't care...watching his work ethic the last 10 years, I would bet that he does care that he's cancelling appearances, especially since he's in heavy promo mode for his "baby".
Adam, sweetie, feel better soon...we're thinking of you!
Signed, your not-so-patient fans lol.

We don't know what we don't know so some are just guessing. But so many high profile cancellations indicate something is not right. And I have been worried. But if Shosh says he is okay, I'll take her at her word only because I want that to be true.

He responded on IG: "Just rescheduling guys. " Not sure what that means, but we'll most likely see him some other time. Why all was cancelled now remains a mystery.

Seriously, repeating words someone else basically put in your mouth is not exactly convincing and/or reassuring.
I'm beginning to worry about the December concert dates (yup, I know that's weeks and weeks away). I don't want to spend money travelling to the middle of nowhere in the middle of East Coast winter and risk there being a cancellation.
I simply wanted to voice my agreement. I'm confused.

My comment starting with "seriously..." was re: what Shoshanna Stone said in her tweet. Not re: what you said.
The person SHE was responding to was like "tell us he's OK" and she essentially replied with just that, "he's OK". Basically the words the original poster prompted with the way they asked the question. That's what I meant as not very convincing or reassuring.
Hope this makes more sense.

Nobody said that he doesn't care, but if he cares about his fanbase he would be smart to say at least something. I think he will do that. Due to his stellar work ethic the past ten years, I think it is only reasonable to assume that not everything is "ok". After all, he has cancelled promo appearances of an EP that was anticipated by his fans for years. I am talking about fan engagement to a reasonable extent, especially if he is not at his death bed.
