The outspoken blogger recently took a shot at ‘X Factor‘ contestant Stacy Francis on Twitter, calling the 42-year-old singer “too old.” A full-blown Twitter war quickly ensued, and Adam Lambert came to the soulful songstress’ defense. Hilton initiated the Twitter war by writing, “@stacyfrancis You’re definitely talented and have a great voice but, sadly, at 42 you’re too old to be the pop star you said you want to be.” Ouch! more...

That is me. Actually, I was a huge Tim Curry stan for more years than I care to contemplate - saw him perform live several times, met him a couple of times, and so on. He was my "favorite obsession" before I was introduced to Adam. By then I was ready to move on, so it all worked out splendidly. ;D Okay, that brought me out of hiberlurktion. Saw "Rocky Horror" before it became a cult classic, on my 18th birthday ... I'd left home two weeks before and some girls at the YWCA dragged me off to a matinee in a seedy theatre ... When I saw Tim Curry strut, apparently revelling in every cell in his body not to mention whatever he was antici ...........................pating in everyone else's, I think my idea of what "sexy" was changed for life! Don't know how I ever wound up as an Adam fan, either : The first time I saw the movie I was about 14 or so. My brother worked with a photographer covering a scifi convention, so I got in for free. Met a bunch of scifi icons and got to see Rocky Horror. LOL Didn't exactly understand everything going on, but definitely knew that I had see something pretty cool and fun. Loved the music and campy-ness. I don't recall having any sense that there was anything "wrong" with any of what I had seen, which looking back now is kind of remarkable considering the amount of judgement that prevailed/s society.

I am starting to see a connection here. I have seen Rocky Horror more times than I care to say. Frankenfurter coming down on that elevator with his high heel tapping is one of my favorite movie moments ever. How-do-ya-do-a ...
