Good morning guys! I didn't have much sleep haha I don't know how am I gonna make it to work today. ;D I was thinking about that tweet the guy from London deleted. SusieFierce said something about that new strategy they did with Katy Perry. Listening parties. Could it be something like that for Europe also? Listening to 3-4 potential singles maybe and that's why Adam didn't say anything about the single yet? What if they already did that in the US and we don't know anything about it? Maybe that's why the guy deleted the tweet? Going to work now I'm sure interested to what you have to say. |

I think the listening party idea is a great strategy because we all know from last time what a huge deal it is to get the programming directors on board if an artist hopes to get his single added to the playlist. I remember all the voting with did on KIIS FM Los Angeles and it didn't get Adam any spins. Besides the EMA's and the AMA's, I'm really hoping that Adam gets the same roll-out as Katy Perry, including those listening parties. And of course, we'll do our part with the requests and voting. |

Of course I get about 2000 channels on my Comcast digital cable -- but no EMA's -- of course! Grrrrr.... Late to the party but flailing anyway!!! Yahoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...... My Comcast TV guide only lists the channel as tr3s. It doesn't say MTV. (Just in case you missed that part.) |
