Well, this is the way I look at it. Adam is very happy and excited about this. Regardless of what it ends up being, if he is happy, I'm happy.  I feel the same way. It's another opportunity for Adam to be in the same line-up with the GREATS; so even the fact that he is there and most likely performing in some capacity is a WIN. He can network, he's getting ready for the single promo's (showcase for the UK stations, maybe). So it's all good. BTW, regarding Gaga, I do not mind her being there and singing, at least she CAN sing live, unlike some other big names... so, I'm looking forward to be entertained. YMMW.  |

Last August Brian May called Adam and said I want to give you a Freddie Mrecury song for your new Album and I want you to sing it at the mtvema's when we are having a Queen Tribute. After he discusses it with his dad(I remember a tweet from dad telling him to do what he felt was best) Adam decided to delay the debuting of his Album and add this song to it. And what if as Adam is singing the sky opens up , angels with harps are singing and playing back up. Then God appears and smiles down on Adam and says that is What I Want From You. Then on 11/11/11 Adams anounces that he will be debuting his new single on the AMA'S.  Holy Crap...now THERE'S a scenario!! At this point I have no idea what I'm expecting, I just want Adam to have a "moment" on a major awards show. He did it every week on Idol - just give him a chance! Remember when Ricky Martin sang La Vida Loca? We in North America were vaguely aware of him - but after that performance he became a superstar?! Madonna even freaked! This is what I want for Adam.  Love the unreleased song idea - wouldn't that be incredible? But I must have missed something - where did we get the rumor that Brian May may have approached Adam during the summer about singing at the EMA's - musta missed that one. :-/ |

Yes I was just going to say this too! So this is seeming more and more likely to go with Runawaysu theme that it's more then the Queen tribute!   Don't' mind, me I'm just speculating. |

LOL if it was something not being broadcasted then why tweet us to watch? LOL That would be ultra super dicky haa LMAO, exactly. If he's not listed in the performance line-up, all the more likely he's part of the Super-Dooper-Top-Sekrit-Nuclear-Missile-Launch-Codes-levels-of-security Queen tribute. Or, maybe he flew there three days early to sell popcorn and the EMAs, Sony Canada and Adam's friends and family are all crazy excited about it. Yeah, see. That's how to keep expectations down! That's what I'm talkin about. ;D |

Can't wait for Sunday!
(and in a small voice- maybe my expectations have been beaten down too low over the past year, but I am just SO THRILLED he's included in ANY way in this amazing event. Just the thought of him being there is so great!).
