Anyone knows what are a "Music Services Agreement" and a "Co-publishing Agreement", as opposed to a "Recording Contract"?

I'm sure that American Idol, 19E, Sony, RCA and their host of lawyers appreciate that Welsford has the chutzpah to explain their own rules to them. |

I'm sure that American Idol, 19E, Sony, RCA and their host of lawyers appreciate that Welsford has the chutzpah to explain their own rules to them. Exactly! This whole paragraph of the complaint: "Upon further information and belief, the rules governing appearances on and participation in American Idol when Lambert was a contestant provided, among other things, that contestants were ineligible if 'as of the date of [the] audition, [they had]...a music recording contract...or any other contractual arrangement that would prohibit [them] from entering into a...recording contract..." A violation of this provision was grounds for disqualification." What business is it of Welsford? It's between Adam and Idol, isn't it? Not that I believe for one second that Adam would knowingly lie to the Idol people. |

 Earlier Gelly14 had posted a pic of Adam wearing a really nice coat -- from Denver, right? This is the one he wore in Toronto. LOVE the scarf as only Adam can wear it. |
