Aaaacccckkk! Fail. I ordered the tr3s, set the dvr for a half hour longer, and the ~~^,<£¥^#% thing stopped before Adam. (*calms down* remembers this is a no angst day on Atop) Otherwise what a perfect day *sigh*

It is really getting crowded down here in the rabbit hole. Better stake your place as it will exponentially get more crowded after tonight.
I see a lot of males in twitterland singing his praises. This is what we have been waiting for, getting those hard to please snobs. WORLD DOMINATION has started!

Guys, remember what it felt like to watch ADAM for the very first time? To see him in his high fashion, edgy glory... stare at his handsome face on the monitors.. experience the visceral all body shock of his charismatic presence and electrifying aura.... and then to hear-- FEEL-- that VOICE thrumming through your body? That's how millions of people experienced Adam Lambert tonight. If they didn't know him before, they surely do now. And they will want to know more. And more. And yet-- more. They are, at this moment, searching him out on youtube, sampling his music, reading everything they can find about him. Because that's what happens when the Adam hits you. You are enthralled. Helpless. And hooked for life. I am so very happy. Beautifully put, and yes, I do remember, in fact I think I re-experienced it watching the videos tonight  |

Finally decided to come out of lurkedom and post! I've been a fan of Adam's since February/March of this year and have been lurking around here for quite a while experiencing this roler coster of emotions but today I just had to post! I was here all day silently flailing but after THAT I can't keep quiet ;D He was amazing! It gave me chills and had me glued to the TV, unbelievable!  |

What was it that Paula Abdul said? .......rewards the brave. Adam was brave tonite. I always loved Paula, and how much she was Adam's total fangirl. I remember howling when she stammered something like "And your innate ability...to marry fashion...with music...as we do that...you've got the whole package!" ;D But then she would come out with something like "I don't even notice the stage because my eyes are fixated on YOU." Amen sister... |
