Just like a typical male to preface bad news with sweet words..."Honey you look beautiful toda.........BUUUUUT my mom is coming over to stay with us indefinitely," OR "Here, flowers for my sweet........buuuuut I promised my buddies to go out with them on our anniversary," etc etc etc OK, thank you, this made me laugh! So true! |

He all winked and everything. I think he was testing our feelings, to see where we were at, before he unloaded this on us. Yeah, everyone was like, "You're just buttering us up for some bad news" haha |

Whatever. Adam had Queen and that fabulous Out interview. I'm not going to let this destroy the magic.
I only hope he's okay and happy and confident in himself and the process. I know I'm willing to wait.

Knowing the fans, that will probably tide us over for the next week or two at the most, before we go stirshit crazy and start ninja-ing everything he tweets or doesn't tweet or make up some crazy rumours LOL! I meant it in a joking way and not a mean way BTW. In case it doesn't translate well into words. |

Hello. I've never posted anywhere although I've been reading posts at MJ's and here since I fell in love with Chris Sligh's tenor voice and then Adam Lambert's. When following Adam became difficult at MJ's, I looked for Planet Fierce and was ecstatic to find Adamtopia because I was looking for familiar "faces." So I would like to say thank you to all of you for many hours of fun and companionship. Familiar faces - Q3 who always seemed to have the scoop on the radio industry; Fithhousesun who always gave excellent marketing directives; Sunn with the Black Swan mystique; Hopperskippersminers with the lollypops; and to eveyone else sharing their thoughts and excitement. Me - I live in San Diego, probably 10 minutes from where Adam grew up. I went to my first of MANY concerts at Mt. Carmel 30 years ago when my niece was in the jazz ensemble. 30 years of concerts -- my children dating Mt. Carmel students -- my niece now the musical director there - and yes I missed all four years of Adam Lambert's rule over the theatre department. Anyway - I"m proud of all he has accomplished, kind of like having another son by proxy. So this is my first post and it's a great big THANK YOU for the many hours (well maybe too many hours) of enjoyment you all have provided. |

But gotta admit I do that in reverse - hey honey love you and here's a back rub and a nice dinner cause you've been working so hard but hey I'm going to Fiji for a week by myself ... ok :-) |
