Oh it took me the entire day to catch up on this 142-page thread! I have MTV channel here but the guide did not list the EMA's so I had to rely on the livestreams. Luckily the one on mtvema website worked perfectly for me. I knew I had to get up at 4am (monday here) just to watch the redcarpet or pre-show but i caught up with the show when lady gaga sang (or was it when jessie j sang w/ david guetta). anyway fr what i've seen i was not impressed (did not catch bruno mars but read somewhere he was great - was he?). Since this was a workday (have my own business), I had staff coming in plus some clients wanting to see me (darn RL!) and it was incredibly hard cos I just wanted to stay on my pc the whole day to enjoy flailing with all of you. But as the time got closer & reading page after page here, tears were welling up in my eyes. After BB's AMAZING performance, I was already bawling (like so many of you!) then to read twitter & here, I was a goner. So imagine I'm crying throughout the day and have to deal with bus clients! Gahhh! This was such an EMOTIONAL day for me, for us. We are SO PROUD of BB and I'm so happy to be here to share this momentus occasion with all of u!! I love HSM saying at first she couldn't watch with us so she started detonating sticks of glitter (hmm, i can't remember now what she was doing but it was hilarious while i was reading it at the time!). So many of you said wonderful words, gelly, Cassie, so many of u, and all i could do was cry even more! Like catz with her box of tissues! Ok this is already too long but i just wanted to "share" my experience with all of u!

I could not be prouder of Adam! I'm so glad he tooted his own horn a little. He should be proud! I'm just so happy that it all turned out this way and he is getting the attention he sooo deserves! We wished this for him and it came true. Thank you, Universe!

See you in a week. Off to RL and a road trip. Thanks to the universe for all the good things that will come from this exposure. Just as a personal, selfish side note -- even though Adam could fill an arena, I loved his tour and the intimacy of the concert halls he played. I guess we'll never be able to go back to the summer of 2009. (Although, Adam has said he prefers the concert hall venue.) Two other thoughts before I try and pry myself away: not too many accolades for the other performers last night especially with GaGa being the big winner; and love the image of Adam walking backwards enticing May down the catwalk. Kills me. These last two days have been a blast. Thanks for the camaraderie. |

I am sitting at work watching this video over and over again. Adam is so amazing can not stop watching him strut around the stage and Brian following him down the cat walk.
So far I have not seen any US news with anything other then Beiber (CNN US) mentioned I hope this will be shown all over the US also.

Ok this is already too long but i just wanted to "share" my experience with all of u! awww this feels so from the heart! as im reading it im listening to adam singing "empty spaces, what are we living for" and its kinda perfect - while imagining you dealing with work and a show that must go on in a differnt sense, but having this passion for this man all the while. |

so tired, flailing on twitter and reading through the thread. God that was everything anyone could have hoped for and more !!!!! Any chance we could suggest that Adam does "the Show Must Go On" as a possible encore from time to time on his next tour? It would be perfect! I'VE BEEN THINKING EXACTLY THE SAME THING FOR THE PAST 5-6 HOURS!!!! We'll have to add that question to the list in the ASK ADAM thread. Hoping that when DJs and other interviewers ask fans to send in questions, somebody will tweet this!!! Is this the first time Queen has performed the song live? Since Freddie recorded it just 6 weeks before passing, I'm wondering. I've checked you tubes but can't find anything but recordings. |

I'll admit... all I want out of this is an open mind when it comes to UK radio PD &DJs. If his next album is good, the US will take care of itself. I don't think this performance would alter too many opinions in the US because so many already know he has pipes. BTW - I LOVED that strut. *click, rewind, play... click, rewind, play* |
