On a completely different note: Since Adam + QUEEN was such a success, I wonder if Adam + QUEEN could be invited to other major performances. Since we're given to pipe dreams around here I'd love to see them perform at the Superbowl half-time show! that would be freakin EPIC!!

Don't know if you guys outside of Europe can watch this but the mtv ema website already has videos of the entire show online, including Queen and Adam and they're really good quality. tv.mtvema.com/video (they divided it in 2 videos though, one for "The Show Must Go On" and another for the rest)

Last word on this performance moving from entertainment news to "real" news. It is not going to happen. The only way awards show performances become general news is if something goes really wrong OR if there is a big content issue that results in a large number of complaints and network response. The exception is big stunts -- Gaga's meat dress made the news. It is important that we maintain some perspective. Why would CNN report on QUEEN + Adam being great? That is not news. QUEEN winning the award was announce long before the show. Guys in all of this we still don't have a single announcement or target release, right?
Correct me if I'm wrong but we are thinking that we may hear something on 11/11/11, per Neil's mis-tweet? We have nothing except ---- Adam's single will EXPLODE in November. Per Adam. And he has not corrected that. I never saw release dates kept as a state secret before. Usually they are announced well in advance. IF he is going to release a single in November --- we should know soon --- on or before 11.22.11.

I'm still on high and FLAILING!
I love how during the performance, both icons Brian and Roger are on the main stage, it seems all eyes and cameras are following Adam strutting down the catwalk!

Cassie, you made me cry, and I can't stop. You see things and say things we are unable to articulate. You do it so beautifully and touchingly that it makes me cry (loving tears, of course). I am so glad you are here to put all our experiences into words. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I mean we were expecting something, a few lines, a verse, maybe some of us a whole song, but NOT THIS. NOT THIS. To stand there alone in the dark all by himself. I still cannot believe this performance. I wasn't worried at all, I told you so, and I thought that his voice would be really really good, as always but NOT EPIC VOCALS. And he showed off his vocals but not so much that you would say he's showing off, like some other artists do. And his fraising omg who sings like that and at the same you understand each and every word? And after seeing this interview from BBC I'm convinced that the band approached him and asked him to do this. All of us where hoping all of the above but no one really believed it. We were dreaming, like some of you said, and we were happy only while dreaming. Well sometimes dreams DO come true. For Adam and for us. EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC EPIC

"Adam Lambert, Pop Idol Though Adam Lambert admits he felt "a little uncomfortable” with his role model status early on, the flamboyant singer has since taken a major stand for gay rights, lending star power to causes like Equality California, PFLAG, and The Trevor Project. Lambert's second album, which he is executive producing, is due out next year, and he promises it will be "even more personal than the last."" www.out.com/out100/2011-Out-100/?slideshow_title=2011-Out-100&theID=2#TopWhat do you think about this picture

Good Morning/Afternoon
Had to take it all in:)
Lost for words after Adam's Queen performance. Perfect fit.
I am no expert only intuitve. In the past I have expressed the need for Adam to do something spectacular in the UK to be noticed. Well the EMA could be the driver for setting up the success of #Adam2 release. Motto, Start outwards work back in-USA & Co.
Also the change of management is beginning to filter through. I believe that Adam has great instincts. He is also a PR dream as he effortlessly promotes himself. They hardly have to do much. Its either you have it or you don't. Adam has so much gifts. I am aghast at times.
Most reporting have been positive for Adam & Queen here in the Uk and elsewhere. God bless Brian May & Co for giving Adam the opportunity to express the spirit of Freddie Mercury in Adam's Style. I can feel big arenas for Adam this year:) I never fret or worry about adam Its all good!
Anyway I better not ramble too much. I am just so excited and at times tearful with joy. I am a proud fan.
Have a great day all.
Regards
Babie x
