As someone who sobbed - sobbed, I tell you for realz, people thought I was losing my mind - when Adam lost to you-know-who, I have to admit I feel vindicated that some articles in the UK about the Queen performance have been referring to Adam as the "winner" of AI. As they should. I think KA is a super nice fella and he had his moment in the spotlight. Now it's Adam's time. Recently I was musing on this and I understand why Adam was not angry when he lost. I think, on some level, he knew that finale could very well be the highlight of KA's life. Whereas he was going on to bigger and better things.
2 years ago I was angry too and got over it when I saw how success GNTs were. However, I have to disagree with your comment above. Knowing (as much as ;D) Adam for the past 2years, I doubt he had /has the above thought. I believe he's genuinely happy for KA and didn't really care who won. Just like he said he's happy that he gets to make music and the record industry acknowledge his talents and he has us, he has fans. {notes: I still couldn't stand KA's voice.. sorry}

I would just like to say thank you so much to everyone for bringing all the links to the downloads and news articles etc. I always know that I don't have to worry about missing anything by not being able to check in during the day because it will all be here when I finally get home. So Thank You to All. I was lucky enough to get through to the 1080i download site and finished downloading the file but when I view it on my pc it does not run smoothly. The picture is gorgeous but it stutters and stalls. Can anyone tell me why this would be happening? Will the same thing happen if I burn the file to DVD? I'm not particularly tech smart but it may be your computer can't handle 1080i. I downloaded the 720 HD and have had no problems with it and it looks great on the tv

cassie and whomever, I get all confused trying to figure out the best audio versions of something, but terra's wiki site is extremely helpful for hosting downloads of the best media in several formats she's found of various performances: www.adamwiki.org/wiki/2011-11-06_MTV_EMA,_Belfast,_Northern_Ireland,_United_Kingdom With youtubes, though they may not be up for a few days, most of the truly epic performances have been cleaned up by either terra or lamobsessed so I youtube search for the venue, song name and "improved" in the title.

Well....I still keep asking the same question... who is Adam's day to day/PR manager NOW?! We don't know still, but it would appear that someone got on the stick because that is about the fourth Charity:water pic I've heard about today that has recently arrived. Also, regarding that blog, they never even mention Glam Nation, which is exactly what they seem to be lamenting the loss of: "Theatrical arena productions." Though it technically wasn't an arena tour, they did have some arena-sized stops and certainly the production is exactly what the guy is asking for. He goes on and on about the AMA situation and its double standard (true), but speaks nothing of what has happened since. Meaning Adam did more than 100 nearly sold-out shows using all the elements of theater – costumes, visuals, staging, dancers, etc. His management/label certainly didn't thwart him in that aspect. Comments are not enabled, but I'm sure a few glamberts would have been by to drop a link or two about GNT if it were possible. Make that five! I didn't stop at my mailbox tonight but after reading here scampered out to check. Got mine too ;D ;D ;D
