On Monday I think someone posted that the EMA's would be shown again on Nov 15 at 3.00a.m. on MTV or VH1. TWC are not showing this in their TV guide but then they never seem to update any changes. Please does anyone know if it will be on and on which channel and the date, time and how long the show will be so I can set my DVR?

I emailed my sister a link to Adam's EMA performance. She is not an Adam fan, her musical idol is James Taylor, and does not listen to his music, so I thought it would be interesting to see what a non-Stan would think of the performance.

Wow. He did well! Not surprising, though. He is perfectly suited for it because of the range of his voice. It's not easy to fill Freddy Mercury's shoes, and not many could do it.
Amazing voice.
ETA: Guess I won't correct her spelling today.

Just landed on this newly uploaded HD video from the 2009 AI finale (WATC) and it has gotten 4000 hits in less than 4 days. People are out there... searching....researching anything they can find. By the way, this is the best quality version on youtube I have seen of this performance: Viewership is going up on all kinds of videos and interest comes from all over the world and it is wonderful to see. MTV is not making it easy for folks to find the stuff, people have to honestly start searching, but then of course once people start looking there is no end to the trail..... That gives me a thought...bbl Erm, that finale vid says it was uploaded July 7, 2011. Way more than 4 days lol |

Sorry for possibly being continually OT, but just got off the phone thanking my step dad for his 20 years of service in the air force. Earlier today there was an older gentleman at the grocery store wearing a cap with a bunch of military buttons, etc. on it. I said good morning, gave him a little polite hug and said thank you. He was very surprised and had to ask what I was thanking him for. I said thank you for fighting for my freedom. He got teary eyed and told me how much my thank you meant. So, even though I'm totally in the wrong thread.......

wut..wut..wut...its not July anymore? Thanks Chunkey :-). Clearly, for me it is good that today it is 11/11/11, so I cannot get confused with dates, but I guess 7/7 was more of a challenge than I knew it would be. Must be that European date format again. Yeah, that's what it must be....
Now that upload that 4Msrmyn posted...is that a one made from that youtube or is that a previous one of similar quality or what is the story about that?
