I saw Monte's 'crazy list' and had only just closed the twitter page window, when tweets started saying it had been deleted. I've tried to go back in my history to get it open again, so as to screen cap it, but with no luck. It has been 'poofed'. It was seriously childish IMHO. How much you wanna bet Lisa tweeted it and not Monte.

heh heh. I know this is totally off topic of what is currently being discussed but I have to share it. I'm listening to the epic performance for the umpteenth time and I'm so taken with the skip in Brian May's step as he moves to the center of the catwalk in We Will Rock You. I swear, Adam gave them such a gift. He gave them a chance to revel and revel they both did. Yes, I know they're iconic and don't need Adam Lambert to make them so but without a front man they can't hope to replicate their glory days. Adam let them replicate. ILHSFM. In my eyes, he's as much an icon as Queen. So say we all.

Yes, I know they have had Paul Rodgers. Yes, I know he is a wonderful singer. Yes, I know others have sung with them. But for Brian to think of Adam for this moment, for this honor, you know it was special. How must it have been for both Brian and Roger at such a young age to lose Freddie. They were both in their early 40s with years of music and creating still ahead of them. Then they lose a frontman that is pretty much irreplaceable..... until Adam comes along, on Idol in 2009. To see and hear their songs sung with a voice and a presence as amazing as Fredie's was, had to have been very special. The bounce in Brian's steps, the look on his face, the high five at the end..... all so firmly etched in my mind, one would think I would never have to watch the video again. And yet, I can't stop!

After watching some of the Paul Rodgers vids and how serious and full of himself he seemed this had to be wonderful for Brian and Roger to experience Adam's joie de vivre!
