For anyone interested in seeing the live performance of Adam & Queen again, it is being replayed on MTVU again today at 4:00 pm eastern time! ;D

In a way this is another way of putting Adam down. Queen didn't ask him first...I think Brian May had Adam in mind all along.. Why would they have a female voice do Freddy Mercury. plus the fact that Adam is the only male or female singer who can hold up the sky with Freddy. IMO, I think Brian did ask Adam first. I think all the other names mentioned were just specualtion and discussions. But the actual invitation went to Adam. Gaga and Katy were already there. It makes sense that they would be considered. |

The thought of Katy Perry trying to sing those anthems with Queen--WTF? I think Katy is very cute and has an ear for catchy songs, but she's not much of a singer. There have been several times when a song has come on the radio and I don't recognize it right away but I think, "Man, that chick really isn't a very good singer." It always turns out to be either a Taylor Swift song or a Katy Perry song. Thank goodness Adam ended up with the EMA gig. Now if he would just be given the chance to sing at the Olympics with Queen, that would be The Dream Fulfilled! Katy has supported Adam from the start. The Elvis cape on American Idol,with Adam Lambert's name on it..She was there to sing one of her own songs and yet she gave kudos to Adam, one of the contestants..
