I follow Bdway on twitter, and I think she is just speccing. I don't think she is presenting what she thinks as fact...at least I don't read it that way. But I take it she is not a Gaga fan at all so of course she will read into things differently then say-- tigerlily--who seems to be quite a Gaga fan unless I am mistaken. So apples and oranges really. Somewhat. Not anything like I am for Adam though! I would say that I am at the same fan level for Gaga, Pink and Katy Perry. There are just so many more opportunities to defend Gaga on this board.  I would defend KP and Pink the same way, especially if there were posts about them several times a week, which MANY times have absolutely nothing to do with Adam. Good thinking! Done. Regarding Gaga and the speculation about how she would have behaved if she had sung with Queen--I'm one of those who appreciates Gaga's songs and voice but thinks she has become a not-very-funny parody of herself. However, it always gripes me when someone says, "Here's what I think might have happened--" and then proceeds to be OUTRAGED based solely on their own speculation[/i], and that's what I saw in that person's tweet. Funnily enough I often find myself moving from a position of more or less indifference to a more pro-Gaga position after reading comments on this site, I'm not sure if that's the intended effect, but that's what happens for me. ;D [/quote] THIS^^^ I find myself moving from a position of being a moderate fan to an outright stan due to bad facts or OT comments that are posted all of the time. We like to poke at Kris or Danny or other artists from time to time, but if we did so several times a week, it would get old. Murly: THANK YOU!! My point exactly! We are quoting some random Adam fan on something she has made up. I know this isn't a Gaga, or anyone else, fan board and that's the way I like it!! However, this comment from B'way Diva reminds me of those types of comments we get so angry over when they are made about Adam. j/s :  Gaga wasn't even involved in the tribute and we still can't quit talking about her. Hmmmm...reminds me of another artist we all know and how non-fans just can't ignore him or move on from discussing him! ;D BTW, I'm THRILLED that Gaga was not anywhere near that stage for the Queen tribute. (or KP or anyone else) I also believe that NO ONE else could have come close to doing what Adam did. |

There's a possibility of a Greece trip for me in 2012. Not for AFL but for the wonderful scenery, people and food and the fascinating history. Chances that I would be there when he is - .00012%. This may be because when you use a certain link to watch the Queen vid, it loops to all of Adam's other vids when it ends. I've had IIHY and then MA playing many times before I go back to the Queen vid. Still.... very cool and you know MTV sees it. Yes wondering to.. Do our stats people know if Adam and also Queen are seeing any bump in their album or single sales. I don't track that so not really sure where/how to research.
