Now it's been revealed that he actually broke the rules when entering the TV comp. Music company Colwell Platinum Entertainment have filed a lawsuit against the singer, saying he was under contract with them at the time he auditioned - technically making him ineligible to enter Idol. They claim Adam had recorded 13 songs for them before auditioning, and had uploaded them to a MySpace profile. Read more..

Been watching the M & M a couple of times. Those kids are awesome, so talented, well spoken, really concentrating to what Adam says and taking it all in. Adam is awesome too, he is a great mentor. And the kids performing WWFM - wow! I wish I could see the whole series of that program, to see the kids journey. This beats X-Factors and Talents and Idols 10-0. This is why I hate that Beg For Money has been released now. It sounds like Adam's management is sending previews of His new Music to radio program directors to get their opinion so He has their support when His real single goes to radio and the Beg For Money crap is confusing DJ's & Fans. Nothing can be simple for Adam can it? >:( |

Nothing can be simple for Adam can it? >:( Well, that is if the DJ can be believed and he's not just covering up his mistake about BFM with cryptic hints about other music. Some people, especially DJs who want their listeners to think they're "in the know" about new music, would bend over backwards before admitting they were wrong. So far, the only industry people we know that have gotten a preview of Adam's music are those that heard it in person with Adam in the UK. While it's certainly possible they may be widening the circle to radio stations at this point, I think I'd wait until we have more confirmation that what this random DJ tweeted. Because after thinking about it for a bit, the timing of this is a little off considering we're not expecting a single until January. The UK made sense because he was gonna be there in person, and building relationships in the UK for era 2 is vital. And this is no knock on Singapore's importance, but LOL they already love him. JMO, although I could be wrong. |

I find it a little strange too that a Music Director in Singapore is getting sent Adam's new music previews. Wouldn't Direct Management Group send the music for previews to the #1 radio station programer directors like Z100 or Kiss 102.7 first? Adam spent 2 days in the UK letting the tabloid media listen to His new music last week. I'm not impressed so far that they have said next to nothing about the music they heard in the print media. |
