I think Adam Levine presenting with Adam would be hysterical!! OK, maybe I have a warped sense of humor. I'll bet Chunkey thinks it's funny! ;D

I don't think it is the single either, but Adam talked about upcoming projects recently....and that makes me wonder. Also, there was talk that he was doing some unexpected collaborations. Could it be that we get such a collaboration tomorrow? That way, Adam would not need a band, he would have had to rehearse today or tomorrow, which is how SH probably knows something and can tweet about it.
I think that is more likely than a solo performance and still would be mighty poop-worthy, if the collaboration is a major one. I would not even worry, if that song is then for somebody else's album. Still would be totally AMAzing.
The other possibility is of course presenting, but I think that would not have been such a secret.
I think that Adam must be soooo thrilled that all his surprises are staying secrets and he get's to control the news cycle. No leaks in the house of Glam these days. (no I don't want Adam to set up such a shop - lol - no worries, just using the phrase)

I can see it now -- Adam L and Adam L approach the podium. Lambert makes a joke about "two Adams" and Levine doesn't get it because he doesn't know who Adam Lambert is.  |

I agree that it would be silly to perform his single if it's not available to purchase. That WOULD be counterproductive.
I STILL think it would be all kinds of awesome to reference the hullabaloo of his 2009 gig....harmless and vindicating? Snog Heidi or something? It would be the elephant in the room if it wasn't addressed. Both the AMA peeps and Adam's camp could get together and make a great TV moment.
....or maybe not. ;D

Is Gaga going to the AMAs? I must admit I haven't paid attention because I didn't think Adam would have anything to do with the show. But wouldn't it be ~interesting if Adam came out to present an award with some random dude, and in the middle of their little canned speech, he hauled off and kissed him hard, and then just as everyone was freaking out-- the dude pulls off his wig and yanks off his jacket and it's Gaga in drag.... ;D ;D ;D LOOL! Or maybe not.  |
