RL was a bitch today and kept me away from all the fun, and I've tried to catch up on twitter and the last 10 pages in the last 90 minutes or so. Damn! I missed all the screamin' and cryin', didn't I? You too, Cookie? We need to starts some sort of missing-all-the-fun support group. Support groups are always better when they involve cookies!!!! :D Why is it that people expect me to work when I'm... you know...at work? Dammit. Where are minions when you need them? We need to figure out a way to get all the fun recorded and on television. We can co-watch tv like a bause!

Gorgeous photos in the early part of the day of Adam and Sauli. And the last bit of news is ADAM IS GOING TO BE AT THE AMAs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Saw the GORGEOUS pics this morning. I assume none of the family noticed that 97 percent of my brain was busy still staring at them in my mind for the rest of the day--the remaining three percent did a fair job of carrying the load. I know this is ridic annoying, just coming in like this and asking for updates but how do we know about AMAs? ANd also, was there an interview from OUT event? Did Adam say something sweet about Sauli (I think I just saw something about that as I tried to power-skim)? Sorry, so obnoxious of me, I know, but jeeze i'm too excited to care ! MUST HAZ GOSSIP!!! I'll have to go in search of the video, but there is on from the Out 100 RC where you can almost hear Adam talking. One of the guys with mics asked him who his celebrity crush was. Adam said he had a boyfriend named Sauli, pointed at him, and said that Sauli was his celebrity crush. Too cute. Also another comment earlier on the video you can almost hear. He said he'd had a great year, was in a great relationship, and was in love. I can hardly feel embarrassed for being sappy when he's such a sap himself!

Disclaimer - I am not Aspen but her husband. Being the whipped guy that I am I am bowing to her request that I explain what I said to her last night as she ignored me and panted after the pictures of her true crush, Mr. Lambert. She talked about the statement Adam made about being grounded now that he is with his partner. Any of you who lead a hectic life or travel a lot know what it is like to feel like a displaced person sometimes. You get used to hotel rooms and restaurants and when you are home you are not immediately part of the ebb and flow of daily activities. It is similar to losing your job and having too much time on your hands. Where your days were filled with duties and commitments before and you wished they weren't, now you have lots of time and are not sure what to do with it. With me, and I'm sure it is the same with Adam, it is an anchor when you have someone who is a constant and creates a place where you belong. When you don't have that you feel like you should do something, go out with your friends or accomplish something but you don't want to. You want someone to talk to and complain to and plan with. From what my wife has said that is what Adam has found with Sauli. I can tell you from personal experience that it is the greatest gift one person can give another. There I did my Dr. Phil. Now I get the special dinner I was promised if I bared my soul. I appreciate all of you keeping T company when I'm not here. Thanks for this!!!! In about 6 months my husband will 'essentially' be assigned away from for about 10 months. We are hoping he will be close enough to return home during the weekends a couple times a month. We've only done this once for a 3 month duration long before my 7 year old came into existence. This tidbit of info just gave me some very useful insight. I've mostly been thinking about how to manage my daughter in my husband's absence, but I haven't yet processed how he might feel about all this. Many thanks. Aw, I know how that is. Sometimes while raising our three kids, my husband would be on location for six to eight months at a time. Every time he left it was hard, and when he came back we had to all readjust as well. On the flip side, I developed really close and honest relationships with my children, we all learned to really appreciate the time we had together and to value each other, and we made it through it all a very strong and bonded family. My husband is still on location quite a bit. In fact, he is away right now. I have a job I love that keeps me going creatively, and if I am ever bored in the middle of the night, there is always someone ready to talk on Atop. We are here for you! Berting is a great way to pass the time.
