Cover fixed! I get this magazine. I've complained to them not that it does much good. This is really irritating.

Not gonna lie...I have to admit that sometimes I find Adam's fans to be a bit hypersensitive to perceived slights. However, his omission from the EW cover irritated me, too. Why Freddie is there, when he has been dead over 20 years and obviously is no longer creating anything, while Adam is not makes no sense to me. Just when I think he is finally getting his due as the trailblazer he was and is, something like this happens. He deserves better.

Fans of many artists have asked the artist on Twitter, why so and so wasn’t on the cover. He said, there had been more people on the list he got from the magazine to draw, but time was up. He hadn’t been able to draw all of them.

"I think he is one of the best male singers performing today." A very good analysis of Adam singing "Believe." He also analyzed WWTLF. It may have been posted before, but worth watching again. Thanks for bringing these over, cassie! It's incredible to think of the work, knowledge and skill behind Adam's master vocal technique. His voice has changed me in ways I don't clearly understand but gratefully embrace.

Adam will always be the first out artist to get a number 1 album and he did it out in the open. That was a huge achievement during that time. He didn't wait until he had already achieved big success. And yes he did take a lot of fire and made it easier for others. There is no logical excuse that anyone can make to justify leaving him out but it has been done before. The stupid thing is look at how many more sales they could have made with him included on the cover, lol.

Exactly right. The artist may be been given other names to include, but Adam should have been one of the original picks. The evidence is clear. He achievement was a milestone. Good point about the cover, lurleene!! The Glamberts would have scooped up that issue like ice cream!
I've seen that vocal coach's video before, but I LOVE it! He really explains so well just what an intricate skill it is to use your voice the way Adam does. You don't just open your mouth and belt.
