I'm hoping Adam goes on the red carpet wearing something like this:  He could wear this with or without a shirt. ;D And for his hair, I hope he trims the side and back more so that it looks more like a fade instead of the high contrast, kind of like the MMVA look without the razor cuts.  And he can finish off the look with the patent leather boots that he wore at Equality California. I'm not sure that the medges works as well with this look. Anyway...this is just my fantasy.  |

I think it would be funny if several guys came up on the stage and stood around Adam expectantly, and it turned out they were all hoping Adam would kiss them, but he declines. Re a co-write.... If he writes a badly needed bridge for BTIKM, he would get a writing credit, correct? I may be crazy but I thought I remember either Adam or Claude saying they did co-write? I would bet money that Adam rewrote the bridge! It is just begging for Adam's vocal power there!  Ya I remember something like that but I have no idea what song it was about... I am PRAYING that this is the case! I want every possible penny to go into Adam's pocket ;D |

LOL Happycats, I remember you now! LOL Rad I guess this means that my comments were known to be rather critical of Der Adam's style sometimes. (On the old Atop, I was the only one who HATED his AI WWFM performance) I just think he makes himself look awful sometimes (very low percentage of the time) and INSANELY terrific at others. I'm sure he'll look great at the AMAs. Oh, and he looked amaaaazing on Project Runway and in that vid with Heidi Klum (do you think he'll present with her?) I'm feeling positive about album #2. I dragged friends and husband and bff to three GNT concerts and loved them but then burned out and didn't buy the DVD. But now I'm revving up and astonished at everyone else's endurance here. Bravo! |

Where is the perfect place to debut BTIKMS? NYE? Too early? January are many award shows? what would be possible and create the biggest buzz? Will Adam do any Jingle Balls? Q3, How much of the album/single roll out is DMG and how much is RCA? Mostly RCA/Sony. The PR and the Tour are mostly DMG. DMG handles strategic planning, making sure that Adam's interests are represented (watching the money) and logistics. They also are responsible for managing fan relations and the fan club. Merchandising is handled by 19. That is separate from Management in the Idol contracts. As far as I can tell, 19 Recordings does nothing but collect their share of the money. The choice of single, album tracks, radio promotion, packaging, retail promotion, and related areas are RCA. Global marketing is by Sony Music in each region. Sony/RCA (the label) is also usually responsible for the AMAs and similar major bookings that are directly related album and single promotion, and special appearances. |

I have to say I am very disappointed that BTIKM is the first single. I was really hoping that it would be something new and exciting with lyrics written by Adam and with a great rhythmic drum line. I realize that this will sound much different with Adam's voice but it still sounds like every other song I hear on the radio. If their goal was to find another WWFM, I guess they succeeded. WWFM was one of my least favorite songs on FYE and I still skip over it when listening to it. I want Adam to shake up the radio world, not add to it's mediocrity. I'm hoping the reason he deleted his tweets is because they changed their mind about which single to use. A gal can dream, right? I sort of thought the same thing but so many commented they they think with Adamization it could be a hit, so I will wait. But me too, WWFM has never been tops of my list. Was good on radio compared to all the other stuff in radio today, but as long as it gets played and becomes a hit what do I know - not a thing:-) |
