Oh my lord, what a really great interview! He articulates so well and with such warmth. What a journey he is on, with so much more to come! And the songs at the end! What was that middle song? Did I miss that one somewhere? Help me, please. To get three songs out of this is a real treat. He looked and sounded magnificent. Period.
Gonna watch TSMGO tonight.

Wonderful interview and performance all the way around. So if I'm not mistaken the only thing he hasn't done live from Velvet is Velvet!
These were all unbelievable and he looks absolutely gorgeous!
And to add great news about the SCOTUS ruling today. He's obviously thrilled about that!

Wow, just wow! Another first class interview (with more open-ended questions for once) showing how thoughtful and articulate and immersed Adam is in his music and other passions. These up close and personal soul/jazz renditions of his music really showcase his exceptional voice and music sensibilities. Master class: master craft. A real treat.
TSMGO is another look at Adams inside story and when I watched it again today, I realized how his humility and straightforwardness have grown and today’s performances demonstrate how his talent blossoms and manifests itself more each day. He is so generous with his gifts! Thank you Adam.

I was looking at Velvet and trying to figure out what song that was, lol. I kept thinking how could I not recognize it as often as I had played the album. Great interview and Adam sounded so good and soulful.

Terrific interview, I loved the interviewer. And I'm so happy he sang Stranger You Are! How good was it! This song and On The Moon must be my two favorites on the album, so I'm in heaven. I wish the Grammy Museum paid more attention to editing: there was a short segment that repeated itself, plus the audio wasn't synched at times, and song titles would be a welcome addition. But all in all, great work! What a treat.

ADAM LAMBERT Retweeted As part of the GRAMMY Museum’s new Programs at Home series, Moderator Scott Goldman interviews Adam Lambert and talks about the making of Lambert’s latest album, Velvet. Following the conversation, Lambert performs a couple songs exclusively for the GRAMMY Museum. Adam Lambert’s recent album, Velvet, was released March 20th, six months after the release of his EP, Velvet: Side A. Those were 45 minutes well spent!! I am definitely back on track with my Adam obsession. The interview was top notch(!) and when Adam talked about his collaborations with Nile R. I realized that all of their songs are on my "favorite songs ever" list. The 4 song mini concert at the end was mindblowingly soulful and sharp and for some reason I really liked OTM this time. Can't quite explain it, but it felt a bit sharper and less "fluffy" may be. I loved every song he performed but didn't recognize the second one. What am I missing? Oh I see now, it was "Blinding Lights" by The Weekend. That was awesome.

ONE: Adam Lambert & Queen Arrive on Netflix
If you haven’t had a chance to watch the documentary that chronicles how Adam Lambert went from American Idol contestant and pop star to the frontman of one rock music’s most prolific groups years after original singer Freddie Mercury passed away. It is a must-watch and now it’s available on Netflix!

By the way, the Netflix version includes the missing Japan footage from the ABC broadcast and uncensored for bad language. However, I'm not seeing it on my Netflix American account. It still says Coming Monday? I can’t find it either... the title shows up in the search but once I select it it goes to “title related to: tsmgo”. Did any one in the USA stream it?

Craazyforadam, thank you for that interesting article on the current status of song marketing and selling. It's a whole new world out there. Shifting roles of writers, producers, labels, artists. There is no going back now. Things will evolve even more as time goes on.
And thanks, satisfied, for posting the name of the song I didn't recognize. The Weeknd's Blinding Lights. I LOVE the songs Adam chose to sing. Beautiful arrangements perfectly performed. And get a load of that HAIR! He has enough hair for three people. Love it.
