I'm sitting here watching over a sick relative and came across this (Welsford mouthpiece) Eric Mayron's Twitter (emayron). He was the one who spammed the BFM Amazon page under a fake name until he screwed up and posted under his real name, then kept spamming any way. Now he's claiming via Twitter that Adam doesn't have a cd coming out and that Citizen Vein was not a band (in other words, he's trying to say that the marketing of the cd as an Adam Lambert cd is not misleading because it's ALL Adam and that BFM is Adam's new cd because it's the only cd coming out.) Beyond everything, I'm just wondering at the business plan going on here. What sort of marketing genius thinks insulting the performer and his notably loyal fans is an effective way to sell product? Carrieb, who is this Mayron person? If he is involved with the business end of BFM, this is crossing the line into deceptive trade practices and becomes actionable by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). From the FTC website: The FTC Act prohibits unfair or deceptive advertising in any medium. That is, advertising must tell the truth and not mislead consumers. A claim can be misleading if relevant information is left out or if the claim implies something that's not true. For example, a lease advertisement for an automobile that promotes "$0 Down" may be misleading if significant and undisclosed charges are due at lease signing. I'm sure Adam/RCA's lawyers know all this and much more. As for your other question ... none of this has made much sense from the beginning. It's one of the worst examples of lose-lose thinking I've ever seen, and I've seen a few. :( On Amazon, Eric Mayron has said he did the production of BFM .... and he claims that all the Adam fans are lying, that this album has never been advertised as Adam's new album.

I don't usually worry much about the BFM thing, as I think it will all blow over/fizzle out. However, I did look up Eric Mayron the other day out of curiosity. His linkedin says he is: Performer - Keyboardist/Vocalist/Programmer at Diego Schoening Band Music Producer/Arranger/Multi-Instrumentalist at Welsford Music Professor of Workstation Theory at Pinnacle College It seems that via Welsford Music he helped to "complete" the music on some or all of these tracks. That is all I know. peace&love Thanks nonotme, I was just curious. BTW, I agree with you about the BFM affair. P.S. justkaren, thanks also. I haven't listened to the BFM tracks but from what others have said, it sounds like if he was the producer he did a lousy job.

Ugh.. I cannot believe there's actually people who's shamlessly claiming that sort of thing above. That's why I'm so glad that Adam was on AMA on Sunday night and they're mentioning his new album name, TRESPASSING on TV and all the online media keeps on writing about TRESPASSING. I'm also so glad that the name of the album so unique, unusuall and interested. I keep on checking the rank if this "B" album on amazon they their rank's going down, slowly but it's going down. >:(

P.S. justkaren, thanks also. I haven't listened to the BFM tracks but from what others have said, it sounds like if he was the producer he did a lousy job. I've listened to all the tracks (no, I didn't buy them) and they all sound pretty much the same to me, this Mayron guy must be a one-trick pony. All of a sudden I heard something different, my ears perked up ... it turned out the album had ended and I was listening to a YouTube version of Citizen Vein's Avoid ... a pleasure after the monotony of BFM.

Jake Dingler sounds like a porn star name if I ever heard one! LOL I was thinking the same thing, lol. Reminds me of Dirk Digler from the movie Boogie Nights. I think I saw someone on Twitter say that he is Sutan's boyfriend.

Ok listening to Sparro's live performance and I heartily approve of Adam and him singing together in some capacity on a funk track with Niles' guitar/bass (which is it? can't remember lol) work...omg UNF.
Ps....on a totally shallow note he is much more attractive without that pencil stache.
