I would love to donate more to Adam's causes but I'm afraid I'd end up on PayPal again & then have to deal with fictitious charges & so many other problems! I hate PayPal sooo much and this has happened so many times it's definitely premeditated on their part!! I just hate that they're so conniving and have to use underhanded tactics to get new customers. ššš. Thanks for letting me vent! I've never had any problem with PayPal either. Much more comfortable with that than giving any random company my cc info. That is a little weird the experiences would be so different. I just closed my PayPal account. Someone opened a new account but used my email address. As a result, I started getting all of their communications: invoices, payment receipts, marketing emails, etc. I had a hard time getting PayPal to understand it was not a fraud or a scam issue, just someone using the wrong email address. They kept sending me off to their fraud department, and it one point blocked my account to āprotect meā. When I finally, after four or five attempts, found someone who understood the situation, they said they couldnāt do anything about it unless the other person contacted them and asked to have the email changed. I tried to explain that they were violating their customers privacy by sending her personal communications to me but that had no effect. The only way I could stop getting her emails was to block all of PayPalās communications to me, so I closed my account and blocked their emails. From now on Iāll use Apple Pay to send and receive money with friends and family.

Haha! Love that Pandemic Bingo! What a hoot! I have done quite a few of those things.
So happy to see the Lay Me Down vid! It's one of my all-time faves. I love when he sings it along with Fever and (what is that third song that he sings with LMD and Fever? My mind just froze. Duh) Anyway, glad to see the vid again.
Someday next year we'll hear him onstage sing all those great songs plus those great Velvet songs PLUS whatever new songs he has written by that time. It WILL happen!!!

Here's a day brightner, "Don't forget life is a dance!" One of my favorite Adam live performances ever!! Lay Me Down at the Avicii Tribute Concert in Sweden on Dec. 5, 2019. It seems so long ago. That night everything was perfect to showcase Adam for the star he is. His looks, hair, clothing, shoes, orchestra accompaniment, background singers, huge audience, color coordinated stage background, voice on point, dance moves, sexy walk down the thrust, OMG! He stole the show that night! I hope to see him like this again SOON! The first video is the official version. The second, taken by a fan, zeros in on Adam the whole time and catches all his dance moves. And watch for how the background singers respond to his high notes. One of my most favorite songs by Adam. And this was a great rendition of the song. At the time we discussed how the back-up singers reacted so positively when Adam hit some of those phrases and notes!! Yah! Just damn mad that Avicii's manager had all those songs labelled by Avicii. Remembering too that Avicii said it was his fav song on the album. Just love that story of how it came to be with Adam phoned up by Nile, and then after a few writing edits, singing the song, and how in that "one take" Avicii was happy! Yaaaas ---a rock god!

I debated whether to post this or not. It turned up on Up Next on YT when I was watching something. Never heard of Rock N' Roll True Stories and it seems blatantly tabloid in nature, although does contain quotes from Brian and Roger. So mods please delete if you feel it is inappropriate for the site.
