OK, one year ago, Adam was travelling from Italy, where he did a concert in Milan on 11/24, to UK and the next 4 dates were the UK concerts - 11/26 - 29. That was the last of the international portion of the tour, then he went to Paris for a week. Word was he was there with Sauli, was this ever confirmed. He said he had a romantic vacation there, but was also doing some promo stuff.

Gonna be a slow day around here for Adam news, I think? Where was Adam this time last year? He had just finished the UK leg of the tour, then went to Paris for a week, where he heard the news about his Grammy nomination. Guess I need to go check out 4M's timeline........brb I think I remember the Glamily tweeting about where they were eating for Thnksgiving and for some reason Germany comes to mind. Hmmm, but why? Maybe that was Cam and Uh Huh Her was going to Germany? In any case, I know this is the first Thanksgiving that Adam has been home since 2008. Didn't Leila fly over to UK to have Thanksgiving with Adam and Neil? Now that you posted this, I think I remember them eating Turkey dinner in London? |

This is an intersting "stealth" video that ilovehawaian tweeted last night. (Sorry, it's dark.) it's from the last day of the Idols Live tour from season 8 where Megan Joy is saying goodbye to Adam. She is clinging to him for dear life for several minutes (lucky!). It's very touching the level of intimacy and affection. And these people who were pretty much thrown together for months and months. Can't imagine anyone reacting like that to a "diva."  I watched this 100 times back in the day. It is so adorable/sad/melancholy/touching. There were a few of these, but the one with Megan not wanting to let go of Adam was the best. I think one of the other ones shows Adam being the last one onto the bus (imagine that) because everyone wanted to get a picture with him, cast and crew alike. |

Going from memory, Leila flew in for the Paris concerts and was in Paris for a few days, then spent Thanksgiving with Adam and Neil (didn't she write an ALF blog or something?) Then the GNT crew did tweet about having an incredible dinner with lots of wine (Milan sounds right for the city). Yay Gelly!! Great job on the photo. I remembered there were Twitter "reports" that he was there with a blond guy, but I didn't remember him in the back of that picture. So cute. |
