That makes a lot more sense than me remembering Germany?! LOL! Going from memory, Leila flew in for the Paris concerts and was in Paris for a few days, then spent Thanksgiving with Adam and Neil (didn't she write an ALF blog or something?) Then the GNT crew did tweet about having an incredible dinner with lots of wine (Milan sounds right for the city). Yay Gelly!! Great job on the photo. I remembered there were Twitter "reports" that he was there with a blond guy, but I didn't remember him in the back of that picture. So cute. OK checked at Adamtopia 1, and they did have Thanksgiving dinner in Milan, the crew went on to London, Adam did some shopping there in Milan. Wonder if that's where he got that "some Italian hat" that he wore to the RS after AMA party. adamtopia.proforums.org/viewtopic.php?t=337Ah....... All the memories from the old thread!

Don't know how to reply to a specific person, but you'll see this anyway. Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! I've become an Adam fan quite accidentaly. Let's say around six months ago I saw WWFM on VH1( or MTV), I liked it, but nothing more than that. To this day I can't remember what prompted me to Google him and I found his AI stuff. Man!!! I was ...shocked,delighted,awestruck...all at the same time! I kept listening to it over and over again, simply adoring every tone of his voice, every word that came out of his mouth, every expression on his face, the way he moved his body... everything about him appealed to me. I haven't felt that for anyone in a looong time. That was followed by months of watching and downloading every single GNT, FYE or interview video which gave me such pleasure that nobody in my surroundings could stand me anymore. I was criticised by my husband ( he got used to it eventually, still a little jealous,I think) ,my children (who started feeling seriously unloved), my parents, and my best friend who's ,I'm proud to say, recently caved under my ministrations and is on the best way to become a Glambert herself. One of the good moments was joining Twitter, where I luckily found a bunch of Adam addicts. It felt so good, knowing that I'm not crazy, that there are other people who loved him as well. Need I say how scarce are Adam fans in my country. I'm not even trying to find them. Twitter and internet in general help me feel like a citizen of the world. I've stopped cleaning the house/picking up after kids/watching TV/socialising(almost) because of him:))) To describe my feelings more elaborately would require much more space and time. Finally, I have to say that I'm so sorry I haven't been there from the very beginning. I can't imagine how it's been for the fans who've been there from the get-go. Because waiting for Trespassing is killing me! Need to stop now, before I scare someone off. I'm not crazy, I just love him so much and it's not like some passing fancy, I have very specific and concrete reasons for loving him. But some other time about that:))) Hi aleksandrakv! Welcome to the glorious rabbithole of this addiction! EVERYTHING you described - EVERYTHING - has been experienced by so, so many of us! the family& friends reactions, the housework that was not attended to (back, during the AI8 season there was a special thread on the AI site titled "Adam, please do my laundry" ;D), sleepless nights during both tours, flying around the world and meeting each other! and most of this is continuing to our delight. So - you are definitely not alone! again, Welcome !

You probably have some thing in your soul which connects with his

You know...the one who i saw getting the most Adam attention was Kris Allen. They were like pandabear and golden labrador in all their openhearted hugginess. They both live in LA now. And I hear nothing of about them doing anything together. I wonder how hard it is for Kris. He knew all along that Adam was going to be a star, must be tough to try to hold on to the title of "American Idol" when you know it's not really you. Although Adam and Kris were tight back then, Adam has gone into a different statosphere. Although I like Kris and I think he is talented, I don't think he will ever be a star like Adam is.

I know!! It's like they might as well be making out. Sooo cute!! And reminds me of a convo NoAngel and Marie23 and I were having on Twitter yesterday about how intimate and physically affectionate his straight female friends have always been. If you see old footage (even pre-Idol with Danielle, Carmit and Scarlett, they're always wrapped around him (#jellus) It also reminds me of when he was on the talk show circuit after Idol and how the interviewers couldn't keep their hands off of him – lol.
Megan got married several months ago. I don't remember if he tweeted about it, but he did tweet her congratulations when she released some new music (which was good!) about a year ago.

AleksandraKvDon't worry about sounding crazy! Around here, we'd all think you were crazy if you weren't obsessed with Adam!

I'd like to say I've modified my behavior but why lie, I'm among friends.
