My husband had three stents and years later a new heart valve.. It gave him many more active healthy years. This especially if you haven't had a heart attack, therefore you don't have any heart damage.. IMHO, Brian should be as good as new My husband had 5 bypasses and the chest healing was the thing that was painful but they sure got him up and moving within a few days. Exercise and diet were keys to getting better. That was 25 years ago and it wasn't the heart that got him. Me too not the heart ,but a broken hip and alzheimers that got my husband. That was last November

According to Brian, he didn’t have a big heart surgery though. The problem was detected early enough and he got 3 stents. My mother and uncle both got stents as well after having heart attacks. They never had a problem since then (almost 20 years ago now, so yes, they have been younger than Brian is now). They are fit and healthy. IMHO, Brian should be as good as new My husband also just barely avoided a heart attack because he felt unusually tired and got tested. He got 4 stents, and his recoverery was very rapid. He was better then new after it. (And very lucky!!) ** OT but I went to a supermarket for the first time since March on Saturday. First time I have been anywhere. And it was frightening. I live in Arizona where mask wearing is not considered important and there is no enforcement. I saw chin masks, no masks, and even a face mask only covering someone's eyes. I grabbed what I needed, used self-checkout and got out fast. ** Back to Adam and QAL I want to get back to normal. I want to go to a concert! I want Adam solo, Adam with Queen, something. Yes, I am clearly an addict!

I grabbed what I needed, used self-checkout and got out fast. Wow, I cannot even imagine having stayed at home since March. We had a logdown from mid March until the beginning of May and since then I‘m back working in my school. Since April masks are obligatory in supermarkets, shops, public transport... literally everywhere inside, when you cannot keep the required distance. Supermarkets were forced to control that everyone wears a mask and that the shop isn’t too crowded. The police checked on them and closed the whole shop, if people didn’t follow the rules. That was in April/May. By now everyone is used to it and I have barely ever seen people without a mask I side of a public building. Outside of buildings ther3 are no masks required and we can do almost everything as normal. Unfortunately our students in Berlin don’t have to wear mask inside the classrooms (only on the floors, when they come into contact with other groups of students). My third graders are 22 kids, a closed group and we have a classroom with only 3 small windows and a door for ventilation. In no way enough, if you ask me. No masks and no distance. For now, I don’t teach with a mask either, because I feel that’s impossible. 6 hours a day, talking loud behind a mask to all the kids without one? I‘m thinking about doing that (with the again growing numbers of infections in mind). I don‘t want to get the virus, but unfortunately I cannot see, how I can really prevent it in my job. I wish, I could just stay at home as well...

Had a stent placed. Then four years later died of a pulmonary embolism. I was devastated to lose him at 54 years old. I was only 42 at the time so my life changed drastically. Anyway, we all thought he recovered very well, got back to touring with his band but it wasn't meant to be. He enjoyed his life as a musician, it was all he ever wanted to do. I'm hoping Brian recovers completely and he feels well enough to tour again. I believe he takes care of himself so, fingers crossed, for a full recovery and many shows ahead!

dr Bri said that only about 300 tickets of all the tickets sold (did he say around 300k? ) were returned. Which means fully packed arenas. Does anyone think in May of 2021 we will be packing in enclosed spaces like nothing happened? Having seen the virus progression till now and the ongoing increase in even the well managed countries I doubt it.
I am sure both Bri and Roger are smart and careful enough not to put themselves, the crew, and the public in jeopardy, but idk if the “business” side will be pushing for a tour regardless of the situation.

They should think about changing the venues to stadiums instead of the booked arenas. The show and stage are fit for a stadium. In Germany it could work. Put the people, who have tickets in a bigger outside venue. Just an idea. We already have smaller concerts outside again. And the Mercedes Benz Arena is testing new ventilation, so that they can have some shows again. Although I‘m very skeptical with a sold out show... hoping for the vaccine.

Thank God for heart surgeons. My DH had bypass surgery. Saved his life. So glad Brian got his stents and is recovering. As to the tour next year, it's still anybody's guess. We all pray it happens, but it has to be safe for everyone. I think Brian said they sold @400,000 tickets. HUGE number.
Enjoyed the pix of Oliver. He's a cutie. Unless I missed it, it still haven't seen anything about what he does for a living for what he's involved in.
Getting anxious to hear something new from Adam. Shosh said he'd be doing some QAL album promo by the end of this month. Should be soon if he's going to do it.

Cute pic www.instagram.com/olivergliese/Oliver posts a Disney song after the office view post. Do not think that is Freudian slip...just a slip. I Won't Say (I am in Love")
