I ordered from Queenonline and got the cd/dvd plus hoodie yesterday. Still waiting for the vinyl. Not wanting to wait on UK to US postal service, I also ordered the cd/blue ray from Amazon, which of course came right on time.

I'm confused ... on Amazon it says CD/BluRay but then it says the format is Audio CD ... so does this include a BluRay disk with video or not? I already have the audio from iTunes, don't want to purchase on Amazon if it is only another Audio CD. It is confusing. I waited until scorpiobert got hers and she said it was both bluRay and CD before I ordered 2 sets of BluRay + CDs and it is a fantastic deal to get both the BluRay and the CD for $13.99 with no shipping with Prime. I then ordered 2 more for gifts. It does say "audio CD" and also says (CD/BluRay) so it is very confusing. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FP54RW5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Thanks everyone for the clarification ... I've now ordered from Amazon. I think I still have the set coming from Queen Online, and I've received the red vinyl set ... can't have too many in case I find someone who really needs to be introduced to our guys ...

Totally OT, but I'm trying to catch up and just now watching the Amazon Q & A...it's taking FOREVER ! I swear I keep getting lost in his eyes, and keep having to rewind because I'm not catching what he's talking about lol. Hubby walked up behind me and asked "didn't you just watch that earlier?"
Omg, his eyes and eye makeup are beyond gorgeous. I just want to sit in front of my screen and stare at his piercing eyes.
Sigh.

I am also still waiting. The CD and DVD cost me over $50 in CAD and was ordered the first day possible...sometime back in August I believe...it is labelled processed...and I am still waiting. I will not order from queenonline again. Both Queen and Adam have a damn site more money then I have and the least that can happen by spending twice what was necessary, is that we get on release date or very close to. Frankly, this is ludicrous. I do not understand why fan clubs treat fans worse than big box retailers! Seriously! So you rather had them chart prematurely in #40 and have them ship the stuff early? Because they shipped them the first moment they could to let them count for the charts. I'm not sure where the idea came from that orders from Queenonline don't count for the UK charts, but I can guarantee you they did. If they wouldn't they could have shipped them early yes. As they obviously shipped them on the first day to count for the charts I'm betting all those orders from all the fans all over the world helped them to get to #1. That was their strategy all along and probably also the reason why international shops were a bit later with the stuff being available. If international orders didn't count they probably would have closed up the shop for international orders as things were sold out in the first week at some moments. That's partly because of the pre-orders and if they didn't happen they had more available in the first week for UK fans. Shipping costs time. Especially in the current environment with the pandemic going on. You probably should consider that before you order something from the UK. Plus the standard shipping was pretty cheap for the pre-orders (at least for me) and they send it the cheapest way possible because of that. If you wanted it more quickly you could have selected the more expensive delivery service probably. My order came quicker than the mentioned in the email actually. But my country is just next to the UK. I got my emails on Friday and on Tuesday my first shipment came. The other one came on Saturday after. In the email it said 7-10 work days for Europe and I had it in 3 and 5. For the US they said 10-14 work days. If you got it yesterday that is 10 work days. So still pretty quick considering everything going on in the world. NO....I would not "rather have them rate at #40" and for that reason I ordered from queenonline. BUT...it did not have to cost twice the price and it did not have to take this long! I have ordered things from the UK numerous times...through ebay....through amazon...and from Etsy...never taken this long or seemed this disorganized. These are not big parcels...they are cd's and dvd's...they fit in little padded envelopes. Perhaps this amount of money or time waiting is normal for you but it is not for me and I only speak for myself. I will not do that again. I believe fan clubs could be far more fan-friendly and that is just me. ymmv

I feel stupid, esp. given the low Amazon prices and the fact I work for Amazon... Never again buying through the club. I ordered from the Queen UK store and the DVD/CD hasn't arrived yet but I don't mind - if my order was what helped them get the #1 spot - at least for a week. They were all so excited about it and with Pink Black bulk purchasing it was not a guarantee at all. I'm disappointed that the album isn't higher in the US when other legacy LPs are doing quite well. Don't know what it is about the US esp. when Adam's name is involved. The radio stations seem excited when they talk to him but nothing seems to relate to higher sales - at least in the past 8 years or so.

That was their strategy all along and probably also the reason why international shops were a bit later with the stuff being available. If international orders didn't count they probably would have closed up the shop for international orders as things were sold out in the first week at some I posted that concept as I asked on the site where my US purchases from Empire (Velvet CD's) would be counted. Perhaps I mis understood Q3's post which I thought was saying they would not count in the US or in my country. So I was applying that concept to the new QAL album. ( oh new edit -- there was also talk years ago about buying products from Asia and if they counted-- the answers were mixed. ) I was buying "packages" from Queen online, not caring where they counted, because I was not sure if any of the products would be sold in my country. If in error ...for the comment...sorry for the post. I just emailed Queen online and asked about this concept. If I get a reply I will post their answer. I would be delighted if my purchases contributed to the #1 album in the UK 👍😁.
