But the debut week, is disappointing being that it was BF week. None of his singles are catching on with radio either. Idol peeps like to compare other Idols to Daughtry numbers. Well, even Daughtry isn't doing "Daughtry numbers" now! |

The DVD came in at #12 on the "Music Video Sales" chart. Adam is among legendary artists Beyoncé, Michael Jackson, U2, and the Rolling Stones in the top spots on this chart. The Glam Nation Live DVD was filmed in Indianapolis in August 2010 during Adam's worldwide Glam Nation tour. The video consists of the entire concert, including the encore, as well as an "Until Next Time" segment, which shows behind the scenes footage taken while on tour at various public appearances. The DVD comes with an accompanying Glam Nation Live CD. Adam's Glam Nation Live was a big seller from the beginning. It debuted at #1 on SoundScan's "Top Music Videos" chart, selling 17,000 units in its first week. Because it was registered as a DVD release, 50,000 units must be sold to obtain RIAA gold certification. Although not there yet, it is close, with sales of almost 44,000 units at the end of November, according to Nielsen SoundScan. |
