Super Bowl? Not even thinking about the COVID-19 situation in the US, but Brian is still recovering from his health issues. He said last month that he still needs about half a year of training and rehab to recover. He hopes he will make it until the start of the European Tour (IF that is even going to happen). For now, I don’t see Brian performing live anywhere soon. Or traveling across the globe during that pandemic. I agree with your assessment. I hope Brian takes all the time he needs to fully recover. Hopefully these vaccines will get off the ground in for the tour. We'll see.

If QAL ever get it, (not sure that they would) I would want it at a time of maximum enjoyment and exposure. Fingers still crossed that things will be better, for Brian's health and the virus/vaccine, 7 months from now, for their European tour. I still think Europe will bounce back before the US because of their leadership. It will take Joe B. some time, after he takes over, to start trying to get things seriously in order in the states.

Sorry QAL was bypassed for the Super Bowl. Of course, they would have blown it out of the park but will this be a zoom production because of Covid-19? I looked it up and the current plan is 20% capacity at Tampa Bay (~66,000), so maybe 13,000 fans. This could all change up or down or even be delayed. At any rate, I want QAL in the full stadium. SuperBowl 2022 will be in Inglewood, CA so pleasantly close to home. I will hold out for that.

Covid is blowing up right now, 140,000-150,000 new cases every day. Going to the Super Bowl in person is pretty much a death wish right now, especially in Florida.

I agree, we're not going to out of the pandemic anytime soon - like maybe late spring, 2021? My office isn't letting anyone in, other than one assistant at a time to cover phones. And the Episcopal Diocese of Newark NJ just limited church attendance to no more than 25 persons for the next two weeks, then all virtual beginning November 29 until the covid numbers come down significantly. I've been so isolated, I didn't even catch a cold last winter.
I'm still planning on Thanksgiving with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandkids, plus son and fiancee. They are all local and have been in my "pod". If the weather cooperates, we'll open windows and doors.

They work from home and I drive up one day a week and watch their one year old while they are working. My SIL is a PT so he has more exposure. Fingers crossed Christmas will be ok. I can see us in our winter coats with the windows open and masks on.

No holidays for hubby and me at all this year...we just don't feel comfortable getting together with anybody. We're all crossing our fingers that normality will resume next year...at some point.

Doing Thanksgiving carryout and taking it to my Mom's. My brothers both live there. It's a obout 20 miles from here. Just the 4 of us. No one works. My brother has been here regularly with rides, groceries, etc through the wrist ordeal. I just started driving but none of us have been doing anything other than necessities and medical. No one else travelling. I miss my sister. We'll be in contact with her that day. Probably doing the same thing for Christmas

My sister is doing Thanksgiving as she always does. But everyone (normally 15+) will keep on their masks and make a carryout plate/carton to go. No sit down except for those who live there. It will be staggered so there will be few passing thru at the same time.
