Looking forward to the Angel Food Project! I'm sure Adam will deliver beautifully, as usual. Enjoyed Brad Bessey's story about being associated with Adam since Idol! Always enjoy hearing people from the past who have great things to say about Adam.

Rightly or wrongly --the images of Eber's side of the family and Adam's grandfather and uncle have been posted before and are not new to fandom. I guess at those times, I never thought they were hijacked from a personal account or I missed that concept.
Social media can be a landmine. O golly! Hard to always win.

At least the pic that includes Adam has been posted before. The capture of this tweet is the direct quote of Adam’s grandma, so I assume that the poster got it directly from there. It’s an open account, so not hijacked. It’s only puzzling for me to see, how so many fans are so strongly acting against posting the beach pics for privacy reasons, but feel no shame by taking pics from Adam’s over 80 year old grandmother or his stepma and repost them on the internet. That’s completely hypocrisy in my eyes.

What constitutes an "invasion of privacy" in the social media era is a problematic decision at best. I know I've felt uncomfortable with some of the conversations here that have centered around the interior of Adam's home based on Instagram photos from people who have been there, but didn't tag Adam in the pics. Not saying they were hijacked, as to the best of my knowledge none were from locked accounts, but I still don't think they were intended to be fandom fodder for Glamberts. But there you go.
In my completely honest opinion, in many cases I don't think the genuine objection to the beach photos was really based on an "invasion of privacy." I don't recall similar objections to previous Tulum photos with Sauli, for instance. I suspect if Adam had been in 2014 shape for those pics, there would have been less pushback from the fandom. "Invasion of privacy" seems to get trotted out a lot when there is any criticism of Adam's appearance in photos. Just saying.

For me, paparazzi one with the territory, when you’re a celebrity. It‘s the hypocrisy that I find so annoying: So many fans are saying, that it’s an invasion of privacy. And NOT, because Adam was shirtless. Nooo. It’s because it would be up to Adam to introduce his new boyfriend to his fans. While, just a week ago- some of these fans published Amy’s family picture with Adam’s little niece Eve in it. If I go along the logic, it would have been up to the Lambert family to introduce her. Right? It’s Gelly, who got attacked the most. At least under this post of her are more happy comments than unhappy this time. If you’re interested to look at the 56 beach pics that have been published by JustJared, you can click on her gallery. No need to give JJ clicks.

My take is if people are happy with what they are doing they will continue. If someone is uncomfortable with it, they won't. And some will call it out no matter what excuses or justifications are made or where the photos came from. Yes some are making fun of the way Adam looks in the pictures, on other sites, and it does not matter if fans say he looks adorable. Some fans think Adam would not be pleased with them. Others think he is fine with it. We don't really know what he is feeling about this, jokes aside. I just want HIM to be okay and don't really care what some fans think is okay or the excuses they make. But non-fans would have seen them from the publication anyway and they are getting as much joy from them as some fans, only for different reasons. For me, Adam is only 38 years old and not 60. If and when he chooses to get the Covid weight off (I don't think it is all that much or will require earth shattering efforts) he will. He is a celebrity but Adam's privacy has never been of any concern by many fans, especially when it comes to a relationship or a potential one. It is annoying to me when some go overboard with the spying but others love it and will do as they please. This time it was the paps and that is how they roll. Adam knows that. They are sometimes pretty ridiculous but not sure why fans are so thrilled that they focused on Adam. But I'm sure I have seen complaints about the "invasion of privacy" long before these pictures were published. Nothing will change. Fans will do what they want. Others will feel about it the way they feel. No minds will be changed. I'll just be happy when a new chapter is written and we can move on, lol.
